champhy gives him a glare... ready to come... ye old reprobate... he's already here... somewhere... that scamp had the gall to walk in here as pleased as plum and try to sweet talk me into giving him a free meal and an early one at that... then when i told him he had to wait like everyone else he trotted off in a huff... last i saw he was headed for the gardens... and good riddance.... iffin lyssie catches him stealing apples let her handle it...
meanwhile shia is edgin to one side near a bush that is close to the garden wall... pretending to be interested in harvesting some of it's flowers... but averus apparently knows she's afraid of him and is gloating about it.. he edges closer and chuckles wickedly... wassa matter, princess... no body guards this time... yer getting braver... aren't ye?

shia gives a sigh of relief but wonders why kero is going about as a cub.... of course she keeps her mouth shut, because she is quite certain he has his reasons...
averus (don't ye just love his name? so fitting....) lashes out with a hind foot.... go away brat, he hisses savagely... the princess and i are talking....
