He smiled a little as he nodded slowly, all the while gazing at her. He didn't make a move toward her. He could not e even be sure she had not changed her mind about him after Zahara and decided to start her own life on her own. He only hoped as he gazed at her face that she would have him.

As she moved toward him he held out his arms to her. For some reason the only thing he longed for was to have her in his arms to comfort her, and to have her comfort him.
