Adin Nightroad...he's a friend of mine and feels a bit depressed lately; I know he's only 18 but he's very mature for his age (or so I say from the conversations I've had with him. (maybe this guild, if he joins could cheer him up 3nodding )

i know a fairly new member named amaeli. she's 24 and would like to get to know more members her own age or older. so i figured throwing her an invite to a 21+ guild might be a good thing.

I met a girl in a 21+ room for cards and she seemed very nice and wanted to join...
Vicious A is her username and she is 21 so could you please send her an invite if she hasn't tried to join already??

Here is a C&P of a thread I made for another older people's guild. Maybe some of the info I discovered could help out for here, as here has become one of my favorite guilds. I was out searching around for some more older people guilds to see if I already belonged to all of them and I'd like to report my findings here.There are several large guilds for older Gaians which seen to have been quite popular at one time but now see very few posts daily. I stopped into the chatterboxes and looked like people stopped in to say hi then determined that nobody goes there anymore and went elsewhere to chat.Many of you who are members here may also be members at these guilds so it might be easier for you to recruit people from there.
If anyone feels badly about simply sniping members from suffering guilds, maybe there is some kind of collaboration the guilds could do involving combining forces and selling one of the guilds then donating the money to the guild fund. I'd love to see two or three of my favorite guilds join together and keep the biggest guild space and sell off the others. I know there would have to be plenty of discussion, decisions, and cooperation before anything like that could happen if anyone was even willing, but a good start might be a cooperative event or something on a small scale to get members to know each other.
When I describe the active forums and threads, that means they contain recent posts.
These two are interesting but I am not a member: arrow The Gaian Retirement Home 531 users one slightly active forum with 12 or so active threads
arrow Society for Sophicatedly older Gaians 78 users and one slightly active thread
These are the ones I am in which are for 18 & up:
arrow Mom's Place Not 'for moms' but named after the owner UMANGMOM- 171 users 4 or 5 active forums, very nice people and active contests and gifting, a generous guild
arrow Gaia Goddess Guild Female only- 254 users but suffering desperately, 1 active forum with 3 or 4 slightly active threads
arrow Gathering of Adult Friends 328 users, 3 active forums, many current threads in main forum, excellent people
arrow 18 + Guild772 users, 2 active forums, 4 current threads in holiday subforum, 3 or 4 active threads in main forum, very nice people
arrow 21+ Gaians Headed for the Home 541 users, 2 or 3 active forums, current threads in main forum, some fun people, but I just joined
