Oy, I'm not going to tell anyone how to play their characters but keep in mind you are all on the same team here so please try to play nice. crying
There are not really rules for this so I'm going to treat Rain's dexterity check as the opposite of an assist role so it will cause a -2 to Kuroi's attack, plus Hakka has cover so the result will be...

As a Fox, Hakka's pretty calculating, but realyl nobody would let getting shot slide. XD Would have been a very short, one-sided party battle, and it would have hurt.

...remember, play nice. OOC you all know who the player characters are. In the end this is a team game, don't let the roleplaying distract too much from that.
Also Ryssa please role a stealth check if you are trying to hide behind a tree trunk without the party hearing you. If you put blocking terrain between you and the party, they can no longer see you, but you also cant watch them either. However, you can still listen to what is going on.

I can roll if you want it, but she's not really trying to hide at the moment. She only ducked behind the tree for its missile-retardant traits. Her head's still poking out to watch.

Truth be told, one of my personal traits is a player, is that I refuse to acknowledge what my former group used to refer to, as the 'PC Flag'. I treat any situation like I feel my character should, and I don't skew my behavior at all for the sake of the party.
Of course, my characters tend to recognize the importance of teamwork and loyalties, so when forced into a situation that I would have to decide, I usually will side with teammates, unless there's justification not to.

Oops sorry, yeah I meant to say I will have Revenge pull Gloom out of the clearing if he takes too long to post. Though he is free to choose to remain behind. I just don't want the thread to be held up.
