Radiant Anon Solsi Sammy sort of laughed. It usually went over her head when she spit out Japanese phrases. Just another oddity of life as a magical girl. "Well you are a sensei, at least for now." she remarked on her behalf, looking him in the face again. His eyes sparkled with amusement making her nose wrinkle a little as she smiled a bit more. "I have not, but I've heard good things."OOC: There are worse things to have happen. XD "True, or in a way. I do not believe I have taught you anything yet." His brow raised, but he continued to smile. "Never? I highly recommend it. The initial steps are not difficult, but there are flashier things one can do in that dance. Not to mention the not as flashy, but still fun, dips." There was an obvious pleased tone to his voice speaking on this. It had been far too long since he had gotten to dance with another. He was thoroughly enjoying it. "I nearly forgot, did you want to try an under arm turn?"
((A good point, but I think both parties would be happier if she was conscious. ))

"Mm, you'd be surprised." she replied coyly as they turned. "It certainly looks fun, from what I've seen. We can try that next, seeing it's a dance with so many layers to it. Start out slow, and once I get my dance-legs, who knows." His voice seemed to blend with the flow of the music when he asked for a spin. Sammy smiled and nodded once, eagerly. "You bet."OOC: Ah, yes. Wise and true, my friend.

Wise and true, my friend. "Oh? Do tell, what wisdom have I managed to impart?" Having to fight the urge to either smirk or chuckle at the way she put that, he covered with a nod. "Slow would be best in this case, yes. However, I might ask for a brief pause between. I have yet to eat." He gives an apologetic smile for a moment before it returns to his usual one. "Alright, want me to try and explain it, or do you think you can simply go into one?"
((Wisdom happens around me now and then. ))

Sammy looked up toward the ceiling and shrugged, letting the mystery continue to hang in the air. "Oh, right." she realized aloud. "Your afternoons are more like mornings. I'm sorry, I should have let you do that first." She looked at him with a glimpse of concern, though she trusted he was holding up all right. "I feel like we can pull it off all right. Let's just dive in." She reported, offering a reassuring smile.OOC: ~

I would usually be going to sleep shortly. I would have had dinner a little while ago." Again he shook his head, and gave her a reassuring smile. "I could have eaten earlier, I simply did not. I will eat shortly after our dance, no need to fret." Now he grinned and gave a slight nod. "As you wish, Sammy my dear." That said, he lifted his arm and gave her a gentle press on the back to signal to go under.

"Oh I see." she replied, correcting her assumptions. It probably wasn't that big of a deal. After all, she was known to procrastinate on meals herself once in a while. But then it always seemed easier to care about others' well being than her own. Dropping the thought easily she became one with the moment and twirled under his arm, arriving back as she was in his arms. She closed her eyes and stifled a giggle. "Let's do that again." She blinked, looking up at him with bright eyes.OOC: ~

Heh, if you like." Giving a slight bow of his head, he again lifted his arm nd gave her a gentle press to go. "I can take this as you are enjoying the dance?"

Sammy spun under his arm and landed back in position with a flourish, clearly getting into the spirit of things. She was noticeably lighter on her feet, and enjoying every minute of it. "You're a wonderful dancer, Tobias." she confided openly. "What other secret talents are you hiding?"OOC: ~

That fire like flash seemed to cross his eyes again as a smirk tugged at his lips. "What talents, indeed. But telling is far too easy, would you not prefer to work them out on your own?" The music had stopped now, and he took a step back. Still holding her hand but dropping the other, he bowed low to her. "Thank you for the dance, Sammy my dear." He gazed back up at her with a smile replacing the smirk. Placing a light peck to her knuckles, he then straightened. "Would you happen to be hungry at all?"

She half expected him to say that, but it did little to silence her curiosity. "Yes but...not even a hint? A clue? Just one?" she pressed, leaning a little closer and staring at him expectantly. Air of mystery maintained, it seemed his mind was like a steel trap. The fire in his eyes piqued her interest but let on to nothing. The music started to fade and he took a step back from her, keeping one hand in his and giving a low bow. "Thank you for the dance, Sammy my dear." He looked up at her from his position and pressed a kiss to the back of her hand. Her smile faded, replaced with a serene expression. "Pleasure's all mine." she said softly. He stood up straight, inquiring about her appetite. "Maybe a little." she replied as best she could, trying to ignore the few butterflies flittering around in her stomach.OOC: ~

His voice grew a little softer as she leaned closer. "Do you really want to know secrets so badly? Are you prepared to offer something for such precious information? A hint at a secret talent of your own, perhaps?" He waited a moment, then raised a brow. With a chuckle, he shook his head. "I assure, the pleasure was shared," Turning, he headed to the small kitchenette he had. Opening the refrigerator, he called over his shoulder. "What sort of preference do you have? I do not have a lot, I was not prepared for company." Looking over the door, he gave an apologetic smile. "I could always go get something if you have anything in particular you want to eat."

Sammy stayed put for a moment, crossing one ankle behind the other and rubbing an arm shyly. "Well, fair's fair." she replied, agreeing to the proposition. She watched as he walked over to the kitchen area and browsed the refrigerator. "I understand, I'd hate to put you out any. You're already staying up late on my behalf." She wandered over to where he stood, growing silent. A moment later she snapped and raised a finger, coming up with - what she felt - was a brilliant idea. "All right, let's go out! My treat. Call it a thank-you for the lesson." She grabbed his arm playfully, giving it a light tug.OOC: ~

Waving a hand dismissively, he smiled at her. "It is no trouble, Sammy my dear." Still perusing the refrigerator, his head turned at the snap and he raised a brow. "I beg your pardon?" When she gave him a light tug, he chuckled and closed the refrigerator. "Why Sammy my dear, asking me out already? How unexpected." He was teasing some, but he was smiling genuinely. "What place did you have in mind? I still do not think I have actually taught you anything, though."

Sammy paused a moment before realizing he was merely kidding. "Oh, haha. Right." she replied in a bit of a shaky voice. She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear, cleared her throat, and regrouped. "Well that may be, but I trust you're good for it. Besides, can't really get started on an empty stomach." she pointed out. "I know a good Chinese restaurant if you like that sort of cuisine."OOC: ~

It was only meant to tease a little, but he hoped he hadn't made her uncomfortable. Nodding, he gave a slight smile. "I am sure I can find something to teach you." Looking up thoughtfully, he considered what she said. "I am not sure I have ever had it. I seem to have mostly things one can get at delis and bakery type places." Crossing his arms over his chest, he leaned back against his counter and smiled apologetically. "I am willing to try it, if you can help me pick something to eat."
