(I wonder if there'll be anyone taking a lair not related to their colour? I mean it's silly for me not to take a swamp since I can breath in water and swamp stride.)

I'm just confused for armour for unusual creatures. For a Medium creature of the unusual kind the cost is x2 so is that x2 the base cost? x2 the base and masterwork? x2 the base, masterwork and material? Or x2 the base, masterwork, material and magical enhancements?

Mongooseh (I wonder if there'll be anyone taking a lair not related to their colour? I mean it's silly for me not to take a swamp since I can breath in water and swamp stride.) I chose desert because I enjoy desert settings. Also, with the blue dragon's Desert Thirst ability, I can basically control the desert's water supply once I reach the higher levels.

All three books. Unusual creatures is multiplied by the base price. If you're making it out of a material that has its own modifier it will multiply by the new price. Masterwork/Enchantment is an additional cost after any multiplier unless a material says otherwise (like Dragonhide). So a Medium Dragon trying to wear Dragonhide Full Plate would have to pay (((1,500 x 2) +150) x 2) 6,300. If you want to enchant it, +1,000.

Mithral doesn't add any special modifiers to the cost, so you're still x2 the base price of the armor and then +4,000 for making it mithral.

In the dragon templates, there are feats listed at every odd level. Are these the standard feats you get at every odd level or are these Bonus Feats? Also, I'm in a Tropical Forest.

Comparing them to a dragon in the bestiary of similar age, I'm pretty sure those are the standard feats, not bonus ones.
