~~Brandy, Nate, and Shadow ~~   Nate stared at Flamestar with a confused glance: "And what would the Warrior Code be? And how will our 'names' be decided?" Nate was the one who was gonna ask the questions. Shadow shakes her head as her body seemed to nudge in some sort of instinct when Bramblepelt touched her shoulder with his nose. She seemed to be more nervous than hateful as she just watches Brandy as she seemed to look at the other apprentices that seem to have come back from their training. She watches them with a keen eye as they seem to be happy and enjoying their time...she wondered if she can be with them and have fun like them. She then looked up at Flamestar and of course Mothflower, she wondered what she will be doing..and what she has to follow:
"And I guess since Brandy will be in your care, is there any rules she has to follow now and when she gets older?" She then had her head turn away which was not noticeable to Brandy & Nate.

Ravenpaw and Bramblepelt   "The Warrior Code is the set of rules that all Clan cats must follow. Your names will be decided by your actions or a sign from Starclan," Flamestar said. "She will have to follow the same rules as any other Clan cat," Mothflower said in response to Shadow's question.

~~Brandy, Nate, and Shadow ~~ That does not even answer the question. I mean if we are not allowed to do something or maybe a 'not kill each other'....a frickin curfew?!" Nate had to shush her by his tail so she doesn't cause a major conflict. Shadow was already mad that they were preventing to answer the question. Brandy didn't really understand what was going on, but looks up to see that the sun was coming down but it was still bright... Brandy decided to go and explore the territory...but not too far though. Nate sees that Brandy was moving away and he had to go...leaving Shadow with the two...THREE cats. She grumbled thinking to herself on that she will make the two pay for this. "Now can you actually gives us the rules? I don't want the three of us to be blamed for breaking some rule that you have neglected on telling us."

Ravenpaw and Bramblepelt "Bramblepelt, would you have your apprentice recite the Warrior Code for Shadow?" Flamestar asked. Actually, he didn't so much ask as command in an interrogatory fashion. Ravenpaw drew herself up. "Defend your Clan, even with your life. Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory. Elders, queens, and kits must be fed before warriors and apprentices. Prey is killed only to be eaten. A kit must be at least six moons of age to become an apprentice. Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name. A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice. The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies or retires. After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh. A Gathering of all four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats. No warrior can neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is from a different Clan. The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code. An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win his/her battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or if it is necessary for self-defense. A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet."

((Sorry, there was a family issue I had to deal with (No excuse since I said nothing at all <<) and also I really had no idea on what else could be done in this Rp (I tend to abandon randomly, so you might have to keep reminding me 'cause I seem to forget since I have school, after-school activities, and home stuff...) )) I'll try to post later when I get home from school, I am not sure when though before Gym

~~Brandy, Nate, and Shadow ~~ Shadow seemed shocked about the whole code, so she decided to recite them in her own words so that it made sense to her and friends: Defend clan with life...no hunting/trespassing territory, Elders, Queens & Kits are fed first, Prey is killed to be eaten, Kit must be 6 moons to apprentice, New warriors sit in silence for the night after receiving name, Cat cannot be deputy without being a mentor, deputy becomes leader when leader dies/retires, death or retirement of deputy results in choosing a new one before moonhigh, gathering of four clans is held at full moon during truce that lasts the whole night, Boundaries must be checked/marked daily, challenge all cats-" She smiled at that as if she liked to challenge everyone. "- No warrior neglects kit in pain/dager even if in a different clan, word of clan leader is warrior code, honorable warrior does not kill to win battles unless enemies are outside warrior code or necessary for self defense. A warrior rejects....the 'soft life'." The last one she said very slowly as she looked toward the two. Nate shrugged as he wondered what they can do...that's a lot of rules. Brandy came back when she heard Shadow deciphering the rules and just shrugs: "Wow...that's hard. Well..at least the future genration of me will know it better." Brandy flicked her tail as she wanted to have a family like her mother, except there will be a father. She purred at the thought....despite her being so young...she dreams of a family.

~~Brandy, Nate, and Shadow ~~ "Sorry to say Brandy, but if you want to become a medicine cat...your not allowed to have a mate or have kits." Mothflower retorted to Brandy as she did not want the brown she-cat to get excited about this. Of course, Brandy whimpered....but after thinking a bit more, she understood: "Oh......I see." She pawed the ground a little bit but she understood...at least. "But....my Mother was one....-" Mothflower refused to answer that statement.
Shadow looks at Nate for a moment, waiting for Nate to answer. Sure enough he does: "Well...so far in the rules: It doesn't seem that bad. Although I am a bit too old to be an apprentice and all. So is Shadow but she handles herself easily. I am somewhat unsure about giving up the life I once had...it is a little sudden now to make a decision. But I'll be willing to try it out. Shadow...?" Shadow mumbled a few things before feeling the eyes of cats on her. Her face twitched along with her annoyance going up the roof. "Fine...I guess it won't be so bad. But the not kill other cats to win my battles will not be an easy opponent."
