Toughness is a worthless feat. A waste ignore that suggestion.

Plus his description of dodge is wrong. +1 dodge bonus to AC VERSUS one target declared at the END of YOUR turn.

Eh, everyone makes mistakes, so, that happens. and I was just giving him a few choices I thought would work, considering he only has 6 hp as a bard.

And that should be fine, but the only thing you need to worry about when it comes to how quickly a character can move, is Heavy armor, as Heavy armor is what slows you down. Light armor, generally, just cuts back a little max dexterity, but it's meant for those who have high dexterities to have some more AC or for those who have Low dexterities, but a lack of armor capability, more defense as well.

But wasting a precious feat for a one time +3 hp? Worthless.

Remember only fighters get feats to waste everyone else has to be careful where they put them.

Okay then light seems like it's the light armor option might not be a bad idea.

Yea, that's all you get, lest you want to spend a feat to get better armor, but harder to cast spells (more of a chance for failure) So, onward to picking what kind lol.

But of course :3, however, there is only 4 options for your armor. and considering you want a bow/longsword (with a supply of 100 arrows) comes to a total of 50 gp spent out of 200 so you've got plenty for armor. You can get 1 of 4 for your choice.

Name: AC: Max Dex: Check Pen: Spell Fail: Speed: Weight
Padded 1, 8, 0, 5%, 30ft, 10lbs
Leather 2, 5, 0, 10%, 30ft, 15lbs
Studded Leather 3, 4, -1, 15%, 30ft, 20lbs
Chain Shirt 4, 4, -2, 20%, 30ft, 25lbs

and in cost from Padded to Chain: 5gp, 10gp, 25gp, 100gp.

And you have exactly (after your weapons and extra items) 140 gp and 1 sp to spend on armor.
