Bartheyamus chuckled and winked at her. Levity was good in times of stress.
"Of course, my lady, here." he handed the neatly folded sheet to her as he pulled it out of his coat pocket.
"Hang it above the door as I instructed and I will say the command word. Should you need more defense, I can make some so long as we have parchment. The ink is enchanted and sadly in short supply, a lovely remnant from kingdoms past."
He shook the well in his hand as he spoke then put it back in his bag.
He turned to Cyra.
"As stated earlier, it can temporarily blast back any evil force but it's capacity is only as strong as the wielder. My powers are a bit rusty since awakening but unless this..."thing" is a gargantuan we should have no problem."

"No, nobody has seen the creature." Willow replied, sure of her answer. "The most anyone has ever reported of it were strange shadows looming in the trees...stuff like that. Just to keep the rumor fueled."

"...if you need anything sacred or holy i can help, i'm kind of a god" suwako offered she could preform blessings and enchanments because she was once a god but as a demi god she didn't know how much sacred power she had

Willow turned the parchment over in her hands, careful not to get blood on it. "I think I'd like to hang this above the entrance, if that would work?" She asked Bartheyamus.
She turn to Suwako and nodded her head in agreement, "Anything you can do to help this inn would be appreciated."
Willow hated to use the assistance of magic, but in times like this, she fiigured she could make an exception.

(no problem also as a frog godesses she possess one really bad weakness)
suwako focused her holy powers but couldn't accomplish much as a demi god she couldn't make sacred relics "...sorry,i guess i can't make those any more" suwako replied

Cyra nodded slightly as she leaned back. Almost unconsciously she glanced at the window, considering, "I offer my help but without a physical target I can't do much beyond get a hold of a few friends who might know more." That would take time though, a considerable amount of time considering that they didn't exactly embrace modern technology. Actually, of the handful of old bloods she knew, she was probably the only one with a working phone. Her eyes snapped into focus as she dismissed the thoughts and turned to watch the inn keeper hanging the charm.

Willow stood up, though she was still unsure of how steady she would be on her feet, she stumbled over to the doors, and hung it peacefully over the frame. "All set." she mumbled, "Any time you want to say the magic words is fine with me."

Bartheyamus stiffly pointed his arm in the direction of the parchment and waved his fingers gracefully:
"Agere!"
The parchment then erupted in a blue fire, harmless and without heat it was only there to signify correct activation.
"I can't believe I remember that after all these centuries. One surprises themselves sometimes."

Willow stared in amazement at the blue flames that had enveloped the paper. Turning to Bartheyamus, she could only stare open mouthed.
Once she had finally regained the sense to speak, she turned to Suwako and promplty declied her offer. "I don't want anyone endangering themselves out in that forest, no matter how strong or numerous they are. I'm sorry, but I simply cannot accept."

"alright then atleast except this, it's a sacred jade from when i was a god, it can atleast help with the enchament over the door doubling it's power" suwako offered as she pulled out a small smooth jade
