would i be allowed to take on the Guardian Spirit Talent from the Jedi Academy Training Manual and have it be Anakin Solo (Spoilers)?

No, you cannot be Anakin Solo. This campaign is set somewhere around 137 years after the Battle of Yavin, and legacy itself starts 40 years ABY.

I want my character to be named Anakin Solo, i don't want him to be Anakin Solo....what i was asking is if he could have the Guardian Spirit force talent, and have that guardian spirit be Anakin Solo...
it's a little confusing now that i look at it...

Well, sorry, I'm going to have to say no. If you had a different first name, I'd gladly accept you as a member of the Solo lineage, but having characters exactly named after other, established characters can cause trouble and confusion...

Easily changed...kinda like the name Jaden, but you still didn't answer my question about the Guardian Spirit talent

OK! So, I found a PDF of it, and I'm afraid it's a little bit iffy for me. If you're taking the Spirit talent instead of the talent you'd normally get for your class at first level, then I'd guess it'd be okay. Again, I don't want any first level jedi class, but later on any character could become one.

Well, i think i want to leave my talent set as is, but it is nice to know that i can take it down the line....plus, force perception is more fun, and it allows me to identify other Jedi.

As long as you're a first level non-jedi class, it's fine in my book.
BTW, nice pick on force perception, when I stat my evil force users I nab that and Force initiative. And dump all my stat points into Charisma.
