Jesse stepped back, putting her hand with the Triforce insignia behind her back, shocked at the tendrils that appeared.
"Holy Goddesses!" she breathed, brown eyes wide. "Not what I expected!" She stood stock still, terrified.

"I will consume." Majora advanced closer to Jesse, the tendrils outstretched to reach her. One of them began to attempt to go up her nose. Majora wanted that Triforce. He needed that Triforce. This probably wouldn't even work, but he'd rather try to suck out the Triforce from this lady's nose than not get it at all.
"Just calm down! I'm going to get rid of that stupid triangle tattoo for you! Hey! That rhymed...Sort of. Just hold still!"
"...Consume, everything..."

Jesse stepped back once again, slowly backing towards the door, her eyes wide with fear. Before the tendrils could reach her, she bolted out of the door, skidding in the dust and placing her hand on the ground as she made a sharp turn.
"Liiiiiiiiiiink!" she cried. "Destral?" She called out for the two young men who seemed to know how to fight, well, close quarters, whereas she was a marksman. She slipped and landed in the dust, her playful and carefree aura gone, replaced by sheer terror.

After taking a mere two paces outside, Destral felt a large amount of dark energy behind him. He was about to shrug it off when he heard Jesse cry out, turning right around and opened the door...by kicking it in like it was locked, making it swing wide open and fall off its hinges. I have to start working on my hero entrances... He saw two things that helped him figure out what was going on in seconds. First, Robert was wearing that strange mask. Second, tendrils were coming out of him and going for Jesse. Third, he saw Jesse's hand, bearing a symbol almost exactly like his. Wait, thats three things... the hero thing was going to need some real work. "Hey! What the hell do you think you're doing!?" He brought out a sword and slashed, lacing it with ice, the blade lengthening into a bladed whip with a handle as it landed on the tendrils.

"I will consume." "Hey! Where are you go- OW!" Majora yelped as the angel suddenly leaped into action, cutting off part of his tendril. He shook it agonizingly, but it was still serviceable. Oh man, the lady ran out! Now where was he going to get a Triforce?
"Watch where you're swinging that glorified stick, bub! That really hurt!"
Wait, what was that on the Angel's hand? Is that...Oh yes. Yes it is. What are the chances? Two of them in the same place, what nice luck. Clearly the Goddesses were starting to work in his favor.
"Hey! You've got one too! That'll work! Now hold still! I promise it won't hurt if you don't thrash around!"
Two more tendrils slithered out from the mask. Majora pulled them taut and swung them wildly in complex patterns that would stump most swordsmen. Unfortunately, Majora doubted the angel was most Swordsmen. He then had them attack in unison, descending from all angels to swat at Destral.
"Come on! Be a sport! It's not like you're using it!"
"...Consume, everything..."

Brooke took two steps back. She quickly reached her hand around her back, and pulled out her bow. Reaching back a second time, she grabbed an arrow. Throwing both the bow and the arrow in front of her, she shot toward the tendrils, cutting them off. "Hey, you! Cut it out!" She cried out to the mask. He went after their hands... She thought to hearself. Why does he want their hands? Unless...! It suddenly hit her. Maybe they have the same problem I've been having with my hand. Thoughts continued streaming her mind as she took action. As soon as she shot the arrow, her hand began to glow as well. I knew it...

Destral was astonished at the aim one could have with a bow and arrow!! Destral personally hated arrows, his whipsword the only ranged weapon he needed in his mind. Either way the mask now was open to an attack. He recoiled his his whipsword so it was back in its sword stage, then slashed horizontally, then twirled his arm while the blade lengthened into a bladed whip again so he could make the slash seem to spin.

Link drew out his sword from behind him, taking a defensive position in front of Jesse. Another person with a Triforce... How could this be? His mind was racing. Nonetheless she was in danger and had to be protected. Teagan's stomach twisted itself in knots with fear. That was her brother's body, she had to get that mask off. She glanced at his wife, who had Layla in her arms and Penelope clinging to her fearfully. His wife returned the glance and she nodded, sneaking behind and leading Penny into the basement, her following with the screaming newborn. Destral and Jesse have the Triforces too? This is too weird. Nonetheless I have a diversion, now. She hopped in front of the group, ripping off her bandages and showing the gleaming tattoo. "Hey buddy, go after me, not them!" Robert's sword from his job as a guard hung on the wall nearby, so she grabbed it and held on tight, ready to strike, still holding up the insignia. What the hell am I doing... A look of utter shock crossed Link's face. "Teagan, what's going on here?!" He whispered loudly. "I'm Protecting you all! Get them out, now!" She turned her head to him, then back at the monster. "C'mon, I'm right here. Go for it."

"I will consume." Majora stifled a scream as Destral and Brooke lopped off his tendrils. One swordsman he could handle, one swordsman and an archer, he could handle. Three swordsmen and a crack archer? Not so much. Part of being a recurring villain was knowing when to cut and run. Now was the time to cut and run.
"Aw man, how many of you know how to use swords anyway? Goddesses, is this a village or an army encampment? Majora out!"
Majora thusly sprinted out the door, bowling over anyone who was in his way. Various villagers turned their heads to stare at him as he sprinted away, trying to figure out what Robert was doing running through the village in that ridiculous mask.
He sprinted past Jesse, making a beeline to the gate.
"Next time you lot won't be so lucky! Divide and conquer, damn it!"
"...Consume, everything..."

A bit of Brooke's color returned to her face as the mask, with Robert's body, ran off. Slowly, she began to calm down, and she re-latched the bow and arrow to her back. With a deep breath, she asked the others, "Are we going to go after him, or is he going to re-appear sometime?" Worry and curiousity still seemed to glide through her mind.

"Aw no way!" Teagan got ready to chase after him, only to be held back by Link. "Let me go!" She yelled at him, struggling to be free from him before giving up and slumping onto the ground, putting her face in her hands. "He's got my brother. What else am I supposed to do? He knelt beside her, putting a hand on her shoulder and using a calmer voice. "We have to let him go. Remember, he's got a hostage... Robert. If we don't let him have his way right now he could do some damage to him. As we were fighting I realized who it was." He stood up again, sheathing his sword. "When he mentioned the moon I knew it was Majora. A long time ago, he tried destroying the lands by having the moon crash into it. One of my ancestors managed to stop him, and trap the spirit back into the mask. It's a story that was passed down through my family, I just didn't know what the thing looked like." "You're right." Teagan said in a much flatter, somber tone as she stood up with him. "Sorry to change the subject here, but..." She held out her hand, insignia and all. "I can't believe you guys all have it too. It must be fate." "How did you get that?!" Link asked, surprised. "It kinda just... Showed up I guess. I don't really know. I've been hiding it all this time, though. I think I can trust you guys, considering the fact you all have it too." She looked at Brooke, oblivious to the fact she had a Triforce piece as well. "You must keep what you're seeing silent, alright?"

Jesse averted her eyes, mumbling a quiet thanks, ashamed of her own fear. "Thanks guys... That was... surprising, to say the least." She removed the fake bandage around her hand as well and also removed the thin dirty white glove, revealing the glowing sign. "I-I don't remember it ever glowing at all... Not once... I noticed it when I was twelve, right before-" she broke off turning her back to the group, her throat constricting as painful memories flew past her eyes. She quickly wiped away a tear, trying to be strong. She drew in a shuddering breath.

Brooke slowly reached her hand in front of the group, kind of tugging her sleeves out of the way, revealing her sign as well. "So, not only Jesse and Destral have them, but you do too?" She asked Teagan excitedly. "Does everyone in here have one then?" Sfter she asked her question, she looked at Jesse, her eyes lowered as she stared toward Jesse's back. I feel so bad for her. she thought again. I wonder why she's crying...

"Majora! THATS it! Thats where I heard it. Man, I almost thought that village back then wa- I mean, its good that you keep that history in your family!" Destral shrunk back a little after his outburst, realizing he still needed to learn to think before he spoke. Damn, how do humans learn so quickly? Wait, would that mask already know he was a fallen? "I'm sure we'll help Rob will get free soon, I mean, all we have to do is do what your ancestor did to Skull Kid, right? Wait..." Destral thought for a moment, trying to remember. "Or did Majora abandon him? I forget...err, yeah, I got one...well, it sorta found me, but I don't know what it does, exactly yet. What about you guys?"

While she barely knew this Jesse Arrowheart, she had a soft spot for anyone who cried. Almost automatically Teagan hugged her. She'd assumed it built up from the anxiety of being attacked like that. "Hey now, I know it was scary. We're okay now, though, and that's all that matters." Link smiled at Teagan. It was good she was someone very empathetic towards others. He turned to Brooke and Destral. "Apparently we do. I've had mine for the longest time. The Triforce of Courage has been passed down along with that story, and it's currently with me right now. I'm just shocked you all do. There's only three pieces. I've got one, Princess Zelda has the Wisdom Triforce, and Ganondorf has the Power Triforce..." He folded his arms, thinking about his last battle with Ganondorf. He'd impaled him, fighting alongside Zelda and the Twilight Princess, Midna. "Well, since Ganon's death we don't know where the Triforce went." He gave Destral a wierd look. "You knew about Majora? Hm, well I'm glad there's more than one of us who knows about the mask, other than what we've found out from our first encounter with him."
