(Fix that I think you mean Luxray right?)
Electivire takes the iron tail and grabs it then he uses Dynamic Punch again and nothing would stop him no matter what.

Even though Luxray used crunch on his neck Electivire uses his Dynamic punch straight to Luxray's face taking all the damage to the weak spot. Then Electvire grabs luxray and slams him to the ground.

Luxray managed to scratch Electivires left before he got slammed down eye

Electivire closes the scratched eye and gets pissed then he goes on a rampage and grabs Luxray's tail starting to swing him around and slamming him on the ground repeatedly. Electivire roared.

Luxray managed to escape and jumped on Electivire's back, sticking his claws in to get a good grip and continuously used crunch on Electivire's neck

Eletivire's eyes glow blue and Luxray starts to float. (Psychic) Then Electivire starts slamming Luxray violently to the ground repeatedly and uses brick break on it's back.
