It's a line of lightning, sorry mis spoke before. You can move the balista to aim in a cone shape from the window. But it fires only a line. Sorry about that sweatdrop

Holy crap, thank God!
Well, since that one hits....the arrow goes through that person and attacks the next person behind them. I roll attack as normal, but the next target is counted as having and additional +4 to their AC.
So, for second person in line +7
