Hello. smile I just joined today, figured I'd say hello here. smile
I'm not new to poly, I've lived this lifestyle in one way or another for pretty much my whole life, though it's only been about 10 years now that I've understood what I living, and cared to learn anything about it.
I have 1 life partner and 1 soon to be life partner (we refuse to do LD, and he's in another country temporarily), 2 children and I'm Canadian. With any luck, we'll be the first country to at least decriminalize polyamory... That'd be nice.
I'm a rare female geek, I game, I drool with the boys over tech toys, fight with them over who gets the shiney computer parts first, and I'm a certified computer and network technician. I'm positively ancient (31) and ... yeah, that's about all I've got right now. lol
I don't say much, but I lurk lots, and I'm always willing to answer questions or help out. smile

Esiris Right on! Have you looked into any of the advanced board games? I haven't been in to board games very much, except for playing monoploy with my kids, what are advanced board games?

She played the FF games and Zelda as of video. She also played a lot of Magic before she lost most of her eyesight.

Those are great games. smile I still have a deck of magic cards kicking around. I played for the first time in years and years when I had a visitor a few weeks ago. Fun times. lol Losing your eyesight is a terrible thing, I hope that she's found other ways to have fun in life though. smile

Adrayis I haven't been in to board games very much, except for playing monoploy with my kids, what are advanced board games? Most of the stuff from Fantasy Flight and Flying Frog- there are some smaller companies too.

Adrayis Losing your eyesight is a terrible thing, I hope that she's found other ways to have fun in life though. smile She has her books, which takes time to read, but she still enjoys them. She also has her book reader which helps, and she learned to crochet, but she stopped doing that when she stopped smoking.

Hi Everyone,
I'm 30 years old and pretending that, that doesn't mean I'm old. I'm married to one of the most awesome men I could ever hope to meet and have been for 11 years now. We have two minions of evil children and a slightly deranged cat.
We've always had an open relationship and then I discovered the word 'Polyamory'. Since then, I've been reading up on it and it seems the best way to describe our relationship style so I've taken the plunge and started to talk to people who live the polyamory lifestyle so I can get a better understanding of where I (and he) fit in.
Anyway, I figure that's a good start as an introduction so if you want to know anything, just ask smile
