 In response to Mayumi's question, he looked over at the bartender and said in a loud voice. "I am 22 even though SOME people in this place won't even give me a beer!"
Again, another lie, but this time he at least didn't make it so obvious like he had done earlier. Not like that mattered though, everyone already figured out that he was definately not 22 and possibly only a teenager like everyone else was suggesting.
He pointed accusingly at the bartender though he was still looking at the girl in front of him. "Because people should expect to get what they ask for in this establishment thingy....BECAUSE I'M 22!" David crossed his arms and looked 'proud' for a moment, like he had just finished some great speech. "It's a free country y'know...."

::Eastwood responded in an equally loud voice:: You know its hard to tell how old people are anymore. I mean they just act so juvenile you would think they were 16 or something. Raising their voice, spouting off what a "free country" a place is, can't even seem to tell when they were in a bar...
::He let it trail off at that with a small smirk. He was just being a nuisance and this was more for his own humor than anything::

David was still looking at the bartender with his finger raised in front of him as if making an important point. Did he fall for it though? Nope, apparently not.
"Hey!" David stood up and looked over at him, another 'smart' lie popping into his head. "I act like a juvenile because I have a special contracted disease called.......jiro...phsycho...herpamitis! I do not appreciate you making fun of me and saying I'm not an adult." He pointed at himself, ignoring the people in the bar who were now staring at him arguing with the bartender. "And where I'm from people have to randomly shout it's a free country or they will risk getting arrested!"
He, however, trailed off at the last thing the man said. David blinked in surprise, once, twice, then looked around the room. "This is a bar? I thought this was Spanish class...." Oh yeah! That's right...I'm skipping that.

"Tch, David dude you are so screwed. Why not just tell the truth instead of lying your way into a hole you can't get out of." Adrian remarked.
"Oh and, we know you aren't 22...I can SMELL the youth on you kid." He added, a small grin gracing his lips.

David flinched as the girl said he was 'too old for her' since he was supposedly 22. This had to just be a joke, was she actually planning on going out with him or something?! Aw, c'mon! Every single thing I say and do always goes against me because of this stupid mark...oh wait.
He looked over at the bartenders hand trying to touch him, instantly remembering the annoying little incident that had happened the last time someone had attempted to heal him. Of course he wasn't sure if this man was only focusing on this made up disease itself or was just attempting to heal anything David had. That small mark was just one of those things that wouldn't go away. Not wanting to take any chances, David backed away from him quickly, perhaps a little too fast, stumbling off the stool. He quickly straightened himself upright. Not that it would have mattered anyway since the man pulled his arm back.
The brief moment of nervousness disapeared instantly as he brushed his shirt off. He muttered something, something on his face that was a mixture of relief and embarassment. "Never mind, I'm not 22....I'm 16.....and a half."

Mayumi smiled. "Oh, in that case. I'm turning 16 in two weeks." she smiled. "What do you say?" she asked.

-Valcazar went back to them deciding on settling things. looking at Eastwood (I hope you pay attention this time EAstwood you didn't reply to me whatsoever, that's horrible man, i'm hurt lol j/k, well half anyways.) he then said- "Hey, Bartender This one's on me. any random drink..." -he pointed at DAvid.- "Despite the age...you see any cops around here? besides it's my hotel, they can press charges on me, unless we zip it. either way il'l take responsibility alright?" -Val then looked at DAvid and said.- "I'm gonna make sure you'll never wanna drink again." -VAl sat near him with scary glare as he smiled evily. He then made aa friendly grin and said.- "I'm just kidding, alright just try whatever you wanna try."

Mayumi put her coke down. "Can we not get the poor guy drunk, I've got plans for him you know." Her face was pink when she said this.

David shrugged though he grinned at who was obviously the owner of the hotel for offering to let him have anything he wanted to drink. "That's okay, I don't need anything else."
He grinned at Mayuki. "Yeah, sure!" He tried not to sound too happy though. It would make it look like he'd never had a date in his life...which was true though. Maybe my bad luck's starting to go away after all.
His thoughts were interrupted by a beeping noise outside, like a truck would make. He looked out a window to see someone's car getting pulled onto a tow truck. He snickered. Bummer...wait, isn't that mine? David watched as the car was slowly pulled onto the ramp. Suddenly, out of nowhere, a weak branch hanging from a nearby tree fell right on top of it. There was the brief sound of crunching metal and breaking glass then silence.
David stood there staring out the window, a blank look on his face as he looked at the pile of scrap metal that used to be his car. Damnit....

Adrian's expression became a scowl.
"I don't know I can't really explain it...you aren't human...your scent is off...you smell around 27 or so but there's also a hint of something else that says your much older than that..." He told Eastwood before looking back at David.
"See, good things happen we you aren't hiding behind a lie."

Mayumi saw this happen. "Ow... bummer." she said. she grabbed Davids hand. "let's go do something other then sitting around with a bunch of drunks." she said.
