Kethsar rode for a few hours, finally reaching the River of Neklar, with a swift wave of her hand, the river was frozen. She swiftly rode across the river, as it melted behind her.

The Hellspawned Demon had been following the girl since he left the others. Picking up on her scent, he shifted from tree to tree, hiding his own demonic aura. He paused when he saw the ice melting back into a lake she was crossing. I guess my wings will finally get to be used... he thought. He growled lowly under his breath as his wings moved and flapped slightly, they warmed up. He then suddenly leaped five feet and begahn to slowly flap his wings, soaring far from the girl, yet close enough for her not to leave eyesite.

*the man before him turned around, dropped his hood and said* remember me?
*grave said with a reply as cold as ice* vaguely *then with a grumble he said* ******** man snickered and drew a sword, grave stood there, waiting for him to attack*
*the man rushed forward, swinging his sword to the left, grave caught it cooly, the shadows in his right fist hardening, protecting his hand, the shadows in his left turning into a kama, and swinging down into the mans right side, disipating, with each strike the artificial night grew darker, the man retreated, his sword drawn, he said* damn you and your unnatural power *grave said, unscathed, cool and collective* if i remember correctly, it was you that gave me them, i just learned how to use them better, and without weapons, *a shadow kunai rushed from the darkness behind the man which whizzed by his ear*

Cypren looked at the dead bandits and whimpered..... they were all cold already.... he prefered to eat meat that was still warm.... he looked toward the shadow that was his master and after a moment ran off into the streets to hunt. at the same time Zero moved a safe distance from renais before changing back into his normal shape. silently a figure imurged behinds him the same size and shape but it was translucent black and had no face.... Zero faced his shadow and both flew into the air and began to spar.

the artificial night darkened very bit of land from the fields to the very exterior of kotirai, as the shadow mage used the oldest trick in the book, darkening the area so he can hide and kill silently*
*grave, sensing this maneuver, aved his arm from his chest, palm outward, a great sword circled his feet, cutting even the forest, though ten inches into the bark, also cutting some buildings support beams in the village, aminly the one renais was leaning against, hoping this would some how disable the shadow mage

a man wlked down the street silently on his way hom after a long day of work when he heard three howls which sounded dangerously close. looking around he saw nothing and continued to walk at a slightly quicker pace he heard a growl from an ally as he passed and turned to see a large canine head emerge from the darkness, his heart began to pound as he began to run, the shadow of a large dog passed over him and he began to sprint as sweat dripped down his face there is a bark and a scream..... no one see's as a mans body is dragged back into the ally.

the shadow mage laughed and rushed forwards, knife in hand, graves deaths eye kicked in and saw him coming, he rushed towards him about a scythes length away, and turned the shadows in his hand into a scythe, hitting the man in the side with the wooden handle of the scythe and swinging it around, until the man hit the blade and got caught, he then drew the scythe in closer, kicking the mans back, and pushing towards the gound, foot on the mans back, until he got cut in half, the artificial night then rushed back towards the mans direction though, sensing he was dead, drained into grave at once, knocking him down with might, the darkness creating another deaths eye, his mind becomes clouded, catching snippets of hs life past, grave calling the man Father Gruu, the shadow priest that went mad, and whom grave was studying under, he had been like his child, as his....
