i was The Magic Flute opera yesterday. it was great, i really liked the costume of the queen.

Ameliechan i was The Magic Flute opera yesterday. it was great, i really liked the costume of the queen. Oooh, you got to see a live opera? That must've been awesome. The Magic Flute is a fun one, though I've never seen any operas live...only on videos.

kekadu Ameliechan i was The Magic Flute opera yesterday. it was great, i really liked the costume of the queen. Oooh, you got to see a live opera? That must've been awesome. The Magic Flute is a fun one, though I've never seen any operas live...only on videos. I've always wanted to go to an opera too! Tomorrow is our work Christmas Lunch. It doesn't start until 3 because there wasn't agreement on when to have it...if it was after hours, we can have alcohol, if it was at lunch time, no drinkies. So they settled for inbetween. I'm going to be STARVING by 3!

Sablara Tomorrow is our work Christmas Lunch. I'm going to be STARVING by 3! Tomorrow is our holiday party at work too! It seems like a lot of places are having parties tomorrow...which reminds me, I need to iron my shirt. XD I wonder how slim the party will be, given the budget cutbacks. Each person gets their own Top Ramen? It is SO cold here. And rainy. Biking back from the party at 6 pm tomorrow in the dark is gonna be scary if it's rainy... eek Welcome to our new members! Good to have you with us. smile

I was in TMF back in 91 biggrin It's a great show! yes, it was great. @ kekadu and Sablara: if you ever get the chance to go to opera do it! i´m a big fan of opers since ymy parents took me to Nabucco opera isn´t expensiev for students here in germany we have only to pay the half and people here doens´t care if you were jeans or a gown as long as you behave. they have a special offer here , if you go there just 10 minutes befor it starts you get the "left over" ticktes for 5 euro (this is under 10 dollar). this is a great offer chase they sell you every place so it often happen that you get the great lounge for nearly nothing. that was the way i saw Wagner´s Nibelungen.
