I think the hair should be changed. Maybe to a red or gold or something to tie some of the bright colours in more.

You just need to pick a theme. I'm sure that the innocent dress and demented face/book combo was supposed to be clever, but it really didn't work ^^;

I still don't like the vampire face. I think the eyes aren't expressive enough, and the face is uniform for everyone.

I don't really like that hair style much. Course, I'm not much of a fan of long hair styles like that anyway....something about the length of it. The hat also...I'm assuming you're going for a pirate look? Well, that's what it looks like to me...and I don't think the hat goes well.
On a good side though, I love the look of the Katana you achieved, it looks so much more like a sword a pirate would use, rather than the regular Katana.

As I've said before, I'm not a fan of the gills...not one of my favorite items. But personal pet peeves aside, the avatar is awesome, with the snowman giving it huge points, the gills taking away a negligible amount.

The mask doesn't quite match everything else and the yellow in the hat kind of makes it seem a little too mismatched.
