April blinked up at her father when he picked her up and headed inside. She looked around, but like her father said, Dark was gone. Her ears folded a bit at the thought of leaving him alone. She wasn't being very kind to him about leaving him behind like that. She heard her dad say he was probably where Vaati was staying and she nodded. "You're not going to run all the way there are you?" April asked with a concerned voice.
Silver quickened her pace as she looked around the palace. She wasn't intending on killing Darious, but she was going to make him suffer, and makes sure he never decides to lead her around like a dog. She sensed that Milliardo was there, and if he was there, Darious had to be there too.
Shadow smiled feeling her slender fingers move under his tunic and chain mail. Though, he slipped his hat back on, he felt like he wasn't himself with out it. He kissed Lisaya again and took her hand. "What would you like to do, it's your choice." Shadow said.

"What's the matter? I was enjoying a nice break." Darious mumbled as he appeared in front of Miliardo with a glass of expensive wine in his hand. He didn't seem very pleased to be disturbed, especially considering how Miliardo only reminded him of Shadow lately.
"I don't understand... what ticked you off... but wailing on me won't... help. I wouldn't make it so... satisfying." Vaati mumbled as he prepared himself to blast the shadow back again. He cried out. Dark didn't even attack him, yet he felt the piercing pain in his head. It had to be from the fever.
"Try it, I welcome the challenge." Dark laughed as he stomped his foot down on Vaati's stomach.
"Fine..." Saya mumbled as she passed the baby over. Seth wasn't in his own arms for a moment before he started crying. "It looks like you don't trust yourself. It's funny in a cruel way. Did I not tell you it would be awkward?"
Seth sighed and passed the baby back to his parents, placing him Sazs' arms this time. He stopped. "Well, that's kind of sad." He frowned, then glanced over at Ariel. It occurred to him that he hadn't told her anything about himself. He was too worried about what she would think.

Sazs took baby Seth back and tried to calm him down. "There, there, little Seth." He murmured. "Why don't you stay a bit? Sit down and we'll talk for a bit." He added.

Opal ears perked up when she heard Vaati cried in pain as she grabbed the window with her teeth and tried to lift it up a bit, shoving her muzzle under the crack she had managed to make. Managing to open it a bit, she was able to squeeze through, but couldn't pull Ezlo through. "Wait a minute Ezlo." She said, jumping down and shifting forms as she tackled Dark off of Vaati.

Dark hissed angrily. "Why do you always have to ruin the fun? I have no intention of killing him, so come back later." Dark mumbled as he tore the girl off him and went for Vaati again.
"Talk? I'm not in trouble, am I?" Seth raised an eyebrow. They used to 'talk', or rather lecture, to him whenever he did something that was out of line.

Sazs gave Seth a quizzical look. "Boy, you're an adult now. We're not going to give you a simple talk if you did something wrong." He said calmly as he sat down in a chair. "Now sit down. You can tell us about this young lady you have with you." He added.

Arious closed his eyes and shook his head. "April my dear, some of us from Elonacia cannot warp... whenever we please." He then smiled. "Unless you can, then don't complain. Would you rather me fetch a horse?"
Milliardo shook his head. "Darious, you failed. Arious is still alive. AND I believe Silver knows the truth and has come here looking for your head." He walked past Darious and stole the wine bottle. "Have fun with that. Don't worry, I'll finish this for you."
Lisaya couldn't help but smile. "Got to have your hat on?" She shook her head lightly teasing him. She wrapped her arms around his neck and gazed at him with her light green eyes lovingly. "What would you like to do?"

"Impossible! You were there. He died. Though it now appears he didn't stay dead." Darious mumbled, and glanced past him. Then he tore the wine bottle out of his hands and gulped it down. "And it's my wine. Steal your own."
"Well... I don't much and what I do know.. it might be better if she explained herself." Seth mumbled quietly. "She helped me when I was stabbed and even gave me the fairy that healed me. I owe it all to her I'm out of bed."

"Brisingr raudhr!" A voice suddenly said as there was a ball of flame that was shot towards Darious and knocked him backwards. Silver's hands stopped glowing as she stepped forward and glared at Milliardo. She had her sword in her right hand as she stepped towards Darious. "You lied to me... I gave you your hands back, I kissed you, I was this close to giving up Arious for your face. I held my self composure in front of you, BUT YOU LIED!" Silver swiped her hand as Darious hit the wall again. She moved and pointed her sword at his neck. "I'm letting you live, but first... suffer, you b*****d..." Silver said, lifting her sword over her shoulder to bring it down on his chest.
April looked around as she was stretching her mind out to all parts of castle town. She blinked when she heard voices about selling horses. "There's a stable only south of here where you can get a horse dad." April said, looking over at him with a smile, almost as if she was expecting him to be proud of her. She slipped out of his arms and too his hand as she tugged him along. She was anxious to see Dark again and to see the expression on his face when he sees that Arious' was back. Now that was a sight she had to see.
Shadow chuckled at her joke, "It would be like you without your magic. It just doesn't feel right without it. How 'bout a look at the lake. It would be nice to get out of this castle for once. Should we bring Liam, or should it just be the two of us?" He asked, moving and lifting her off her feet. She was so light it was light she was almost air.
Josline watched as Opal disappeared and heard a thud as something hit the wall. She wondered if she should go and check, but she shook her head. She didn't want to be too 'helpful' if it ticked Dark off. She stood up and sighed as she headed into the inn and looked around. "Kaze?" she called out, feeling cooled down at least a bit.

"For the record, I wanted nothing to do with you after the first kiss... Then Shadow and Miliardo had to push it. Why not have a little fun to get them off my back?" He mumbled as he grabbed her wrist to stop the sword from touching him.
Dark scampered back to Vaati's bed. The other neko looked stressed, not surprising considering the fact that he was stick with a fever. He yanked on his hair to sit the pale one up. "Try it again, sweetie. If I go, I'll take Vaati with me."
Vaati panted. "What the heck has... gotten into you? I thought.. we were living our own way..." He mumbled. Dark and Vaati had nothing to do with each other for a while.. Why was he threatening to kill him now?

"Then why did you let this push it to far as killing Arious! If your his shadow it should have ended with the first kiss! So if you're the shadow of the great scholar, how could you let them push you into playing around with me?" Silver struggled, but due to the fact that Darious and Arious was the same, the elf did seem to have a chance up against Darious, strength wise. She wouldn't have a chance, what was she thinking? Yet, she knew that she had to at least try. She wanted Darious to suffer for what he did to her. When Arious was gone, she was dead inside, as if she had died along with him, and she never blamed Darious, not even once. She even helped him! And for goddess sake kissed him and let him seduce her! She was glad she had some sense of dignity to not let it go far. Feeling the anger fume through her, she reached with her other hand and grabbed his throat, slamming him up against the wall again.
Opal sighed softly looking up at Dark. "What is up with you? I mean before you'd only bug Vaati so often... what happened to your playmates? Please, can you let Vaati go? He seriously sick... if you want I can play with you... you can hurt me... or we can play Hide - and - Seek if you're bored." Opal said, walking over to the window and opening it to get Ezlo, brushing the snow him before putting him on her head.

Sazs nodded slightly. "I see. Then, you're indebted to her." He said calmly. "Just remember, in this family, we pay our debts." He added.
Kaze heard Josline's voice and walked out of the room. "Josline?" He called as he headed down the stairs.

Darious smirked. "Isn't that just it? I'm a mere shadow, you must expect some differences, darling. And have you been around them? Shadow especially will drive you up the wall, and Milliardo is his echo in the background." He raised his hand, letting the shadows take hold of her long enough to drag her away from him.
"They all left me! And you would be a horrible playmate. What fun is it if we both control the wind and we both know exactly where we are! It isn't hard just to follow the wind! My favourite games aren't any fun with you!" He screamed as he pulled Vaati off the bed with a loud thump. Vaati manged to reach up and grab his arm, but Dark shook it away.
"Don't you sound noble?" Seth mumbled sarcastically. He generally wasn't the one to use sarcasm, but occasionally, it slipped out of his mouth.

Silver struggled against the shadows as they held her and dragged her away from him. Damn him and his stupid powers! she thought angrily and breathed heavily as she fell limp. She felt as if her powers were drained, and she had no match for Darious strength. She didn't even know why she had even come here. Well, she knew that she wanted at least some revenge, she had restored Darious' suffering from his hands that were gone. She wanted him to suffer like Arious had as she felt tears move down her face.
Opal ears folded back, he was right about that. While Vaati and her could enjoy each other's company, it wouldn't be very fun for Dark who loved to play games and always get his way. "Then why don't we find your friends... I'm sure they're looking for you right now..." Opal said, trying her best to get Dark to calm down. He looked upset and having a temper tantrum with Vaati wasn't going to go down well with Vaati's illness. She took a step forward, "Please Dark?" Opal asked.
Josline was sitting down at the table that sat in the inn. She had her head in her arms as she was staring at the window. She was still as a statue if you didn't count her breathing. She glanced over at Kaze and slowly lifted her head as she looked over at him.
