Saya shook her head with a small laughed. "You don't have to sound so guilty." She mumbled with a shrugged, then bent over Seth's crib with her hair back. "Time for bed."
Vaati took Ezlo back to the inn and marched upstairs. He was holding Ezlo upside down with the necklace inside. He flipped Ezlo over, retrieved the necklace, and stashed it under the mattress. Ezlo merely laughed. "I doubt she'll find it." He hissed.
"Go ahead... Not quite sure why you want to though..." Seth mumbled with a yawn. Darn, he was tired... He rested his head on the pillow and pulled the blankets on top.

Sazs looked up and raised an eyebrow. Saya wasn't going to rip his head off? That was strange. If it was Shadow or Darious, they would have been in the grave already. Sazs shook his head and shrugged. Why question the fact that you're alive? He walked over to the crib and looked down at Seth. "If he's going to start pulling hair, you might want to wear some sort of hair tie to keep your hair back." He suggested. Unfortunately, Sazs wasn't lucky, either. He had a long, thin pony tail in the back that almost reached his rear. Well, as long as he never turned his back on Seth, the baby wouldn't be able to grab it.

"Yeah, yeah..." She mumbled. "Though... I think we could use his new obsession to our advantage. Dark, Darious and Shadow have long hair. I don't trust that Darious won't stay away from Seth to get back at you."

Sazs nodded. "I see your point. However, if Darious even thinks about touching Seth, I'll tear his eyes out of his head." He closed his eyes and breathed a little. No need to get angry. Nothing had happened yet. "Although, I do like what you are getting at. We let Darious take the child, but keep watch on them. While Seth is in Darious' 'care', we just wait and let Seth do our work for us. Besides, it will entertain Seth anyway." He explained, then looked over at Saya. "Am I correct?" He asked with a grin on his face. Sazs was, for some reason, getting a very mischevious side to him. But, then again, he was a shadow and this was Darious they were talking about. Why shouldn't he be just a little mischevious?

Opal blinked when she lifted up her head. She was waiting next to the fire place as both Vaati and Ezlo returned from where ever they were at. She noticed that Vaati was holding Ezlo upside down. Titling her head she listened to their voices, but they faded behind the door. She went upstairs as she trasformed back opening the door. "Um, Vaati... did I do something wrong?" She asked, as she walked over to him.

Saya wasn't quite sure. Darious might sense him and something bad could always happen to her little brat. On the other hand, it would be kind of funny. "That might go well." She answered with a shrug.
"Hm? OH! Nothing... n-nope..." Vaati mumbled with a sigh of relief. She would have see his gift if she came a second sooner. Ezlo was smirking at him, or as much as he could for a bird-hat. "Stop mocking me." Vaati hissed.

Sazs shrugged. "Well, we'll just have to wait and see what happens." He looked back down at Seth and smiled. After that, he walked over to a chair and sat down again. "Well, Seth has calmed down, so what now?" He asked as he looked out the window. It was strange. Even though it was just a dead wasteland, it was every shadow's backyard.

Sazs sighed and looked up at Saya. "Should we go pull a few pranks on some people? Maybe Dark or my other half?" He suggested. It was about time that he and Kaze came face to face. And maybe Sazs could bring something along to make it interesting. He knew that Kaze thought it was intriguing to have a shadow-self, so that would give him a great advantage to set off a great prank.

Ariel sat down on the end of the bed, taking up as least room as possible. "Well, it'd probably be more comfortable than my butt going numb," she said as a light joke, smiling a little.

"I don't remember ever seeing your original, but it sounds like fun either way. Did you have a prank in mind?" Saya questioned, tilting her head a little. She never pranked anyone and never saw way Dark and Darious always had so much fun with it. Maybe this was her chance.
"I see what you mean. That's why I like to get up every once in a while. It doesn't feel nice be in bed all day." Seth chuckled. He rolled back over on his back and sighed. The pain in his side was instantly relieved, much to his annoyance. Liam was right; he was slow heal. He couldn't help that he was fragile.

Sazs thought for a whle. "Well, I've never came up with a prank before, but I can try..." He closed his eyes and thought hard. "Maybe... no, no... Then, perhaps... no, not that, either... Hmm... Let's see... I like what Kaze hates, and he likes what I hate... Let's just go with a classic prank. Maybe some water balloons, a lot honey, feathers, an insane amount of yarn, a few flowers for his head, dirt, and to top it all off, some milk to drench him in." Sazs smirked and looked up at Saya. "Alright, we're going to need some stuff, but I got a prank for lover boy." He said as he stood up from the chair and turned around to face Saya.

Sazs nodded. "Alright, you get a LOT of honey, enough feathers to cover him up, a few flowers, and some dirt. Not a lot of dirt, but enough to cover his head and chest. I'll get some water balloons, a few gallons of milk, and yarn... lots and lots of yarn..." The water balloons would be easy to find, as well as the milk. But the yarn was going to take a while. Sazs vanished into the shadows and searched around for the items.

"Why is he mocking you Vaati? Are you trying to hide something from me?" Opal asked, a confused tilt in her head as she looked over at Ezlo and Vaati, but the two seemed determined not to tell her anything. "Oh, alright..." Opal murmured, turning and walking off as she sighed softly. She wished Vaati would just tell her why he was avoiding her.
