All that I look for in a request is good grammar and spelling. That usually tells me that they should be experienced and know the typical RP rules. ._.;

Good grammer and spelling is a plus, but I don't mind so long as they try their best.
And if they can type paragraphs and paragraphs of RP material, then I'll just squish 'em and keep 'em for myself.
