Your dragon bit his or her tongue HARD. The pain is enough to keep you irritable for a few days because it was a pretty nasty and bad bite. There's also only so much you're able to do to help them given it is a mouth injury, and any numbweed needs to be injected into the tongue itself, and wears off far too quickly.
