Askari sighed, "I know.." she said as she moved Denji's hands from his forehead. She put her hand in place of his, burning it slightly. It was true, he had a bad fever. She looked up at Mercutio and Lisaya, "Now what?" she asked; she was quite a good medical helper, but she'd never dealt with a fever this bad. She pulled out a small towel and pour some water on it and placed it on Denji's head in an attempt at helping him cool down.

Mercutio took his bag out and pulled out three herbs along with a little bottle. He quickly reduced to the herbs into powder with his claws and poured water forma canteen into the bottle. The liquid he conjured was a gross green color. "Can you sit him up?" He asked Askari, then turned to Denji. "This will taste bad, but it'll make the pain go away. Kaylene can probably had some ice to the clothe and that will keep you cooler." Mercutio explained quickly.

Askari nodded and sat up the warm lump of a body that was Denji.

Mercutio parted Denji's lips and slowly poured the liquid down his throat, rubbing his throat as he did it. Denji coughed some of it back up, but it wasn't more than he poured in. That was good, he was drinking some of it.

Askari sighed slightly. The blonde put a hand to Denji's back, "Do you think he'll be alright?" she asked Mercutio, though she didn't stray her gaze from Denji.

Kaylene sighed. "I will heal you as soon as we get Denji squared away." Kaylene closed her eyes and opened her hands. Water pooled and foze in them, making little cubes. She opened her eyes.. "Here... these should keep him cool.. They won't melt... unless I tell them to." They glowed a tealish color, but other than that, looked normal.

Mercutio poured the rest of the liquid down his throat. "I think that's all we can do for him, besides carrying him back." Mercutio glanced at Kaylene and exposed his shoulder. "Well, I'm ready...."

Kaylene nodded and knelt next to him. She didn't care if her white dress got dirty. this was more important. "I shall need you to hold very still." She looked at the wound and ripped away the shirt around it. She put her fingers around the tender area and blew over the whole wound. Her icy breath made it numb. She burned away any signs of bacteria that might have formed and then concentrated at reforming the muscle that had been ripped. After it was mended, she closed up the skin, knitting it together like it was supposed to be. She opened her eyes and smiled. "Good as new!"

Mercutio smiled. "Thanks, Kaylene." Then he glanced down at Denji, who just fell asleep. "I think he needs some time to rest. Then we can see how it feels and focus our plans around that." He sat down in the dirt.

Kaylene sighed and rested her head on Mercutio's good shoulder. "I'm sorry... I am not used to doing healing like that... Since you are a shapeshifter... It was like I had to fix the wound twie... I have a head ache.."

"It's alright, you did great." Mercutio murmured. "Askari, would you be up to carrying him back? Denji needs rest and I'm not sure a dirt path would suffice."

Askari gave a small sigh and nodded, "Wouldn't be the first time.." she murmured as she stretched, her back cracking in numerous places.

Mercutio took the ice and the towel off of Denji's forehead. He winced in pain, but he would have to last for a few minutes. "I don't even see how you can carry him. He's huge!"

Kaylene tried to get up and head back but faltered. She fell back into Mercutio. "I'm sorry..." She whispered... What was wrong with her? She had healed plenty of wounds in her lifetime that were much worse than his and she barely felt used up after them. She tried to say something but her throat was dry, along with the rest of her. She felt as though she was being dried out.
((She is like a fishy! She needs lot of water! You shall learn why later!!! >:] ))

"Kaylene... are you alright?" Mercutio asked with a hint of concern. "We're not even at the mountain yet... is the heat getting to you already?" He glanced at her with uncertainty. He didn't understand how she could seem so weak so suddenly.
