I'm not talking deaging, father....I'm talking rejuvenation....big difference. Yes, he's young...but he's young like I used to be at Full moon...I...I believe it would be a good solution because the only way he can be with Shia again...is to grow up with Argeeis...that's why i think he should do this...the final choice is his, of course...but...I think he will accept this.

No...but that's the thing...if we don't, he will die. Trust in the sight of a Voidmage, Draco Paladine...those are the paths he can take right now...I can see no others...

Had he merely been de-aged, he would have been a gold dragon, true. Instead he is something he never was... he was given new life, so that he may grow and learn from his mistakes. Now what is this about Shia being reincarnated? And what do you mean he is dying?"

Shia has been reborn, Father....and this stays with us. Pasa, I'm sorry, but please go to your room...you're not in trouble, but my father and I need to talk right now.
*Kero definitely hears a derisive sniff before Pasa goes*
Alright, father...all I can say is that Shia has been reborn, as a babe. I cannot tell who or how, but I can tell you it happened. However, unlike my brother, who is adult in mentality, Shia has been rendered a babe in all. And from what Kev's told me, Emnast has sunk into a depression deeper than even I would go to.

Tam is rocking the very child in question, using a chair Bez has presented him with. Whether he has bought it or made it or procured it through other means, Tam does not know, but he has decided not to question him too closely on the matter just yet. He knows Bez wouldn't take something from someone that they needed, but if he saw it sitting in an attic somewhere being ignored his mate would not have been above "borrowing" it as he was so apt to put it.
"Yes, Kero... what's up... why the long face?" he asks, putting Ari over his shoulder and burping her.

Yes...and don't do that, Tam...*Brings out his pipe and plays a quick, soothing tune, quieting Ari*....Yes, Tam, the one who killed me as a child, and who has redeemed himself by allowing Paladine and I to win the War against Takhisis, by allowing us to pass through his home, though it separated him utterly from the shadowed realm to do so, leaving him without acceptance in any of the four energies. He is not doing well at all.

Tam sighs and holds Ari close, quieting her against hs breast, "I think you better tell me again what happened. You did once, but I've feeling you left a few things out. How did Shia get anywhere near that man to begin with?" He looks down at her face and sighs, tears in the corners of his eyes. "And tell me about him... him as he is now... as he was... what has changed... how can anyone change so thoroughly."

*And tell him he does...Emnast's life story, summed up...he leaves no stone unturned, even telling how he had allowed Shia to go to him....because she saw what must happen...how he had known all along, thanks to her, that she was probably going to die...and had worked tirelessly to prevent it...he ends with the story of Emnast after her death, how he had taken him in, and how Em now lived with him as a baby electrum dragon...though he was still as old as Kero in his mind*
