 An aura circled IceStorm. It was hot and pure energy. IceStorm's breathing had become even. "Get ready. yet stay calm and focused." IceStorm said. she was getting ready to pounce. She allowed her apprentice to prepare for her attack. She felt her energy, strong, and powerful. Her muscles rippled as she moved back and forth.

He focused on calming himself so much that trying to stay like that while listening made him a bit confused. He swished his tail to show that he heard, and nodded. The air seemed to be growing thick with anticipation...]

IceStorm saw her apprentices reaction. IceStorm pounced. and landed on the ground near him. Claws unsheathed she moved back and forth, confusing her apprentice as to where she was aiming.

H a w k p a w“Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.”___________________________[Hawkpaw gasped quietly as Icestorm landed with a thud next to him. He jumped back a little, his chest heaving lightly as he watched Icestorm move from side to side. He knew she was trying to confuse him, and she was doing a good job at it.]

 Moonkit
[Moonkit's excitement from the announcement of going to the Moonpool had died down.
She was just eerily calm now.
She looked down at Lusterkit as the questions came tumbling from his mouth.
She smiled, it seemed the kit was feeling just a little bit better.]
"When Starpelt wishes it so, I will journey with her to the Moonpool, there's no set time." she mewed thoughtfully answering a question.
"But I - I really won't know what I'll encounter in Starclan. And it is not my duty to be telling anyone else. Understand?" she mewed gently.
[She'd tried her best to answer the kit indirectly, for she knew how much pain that her words could cause.
She flicked her tail over his eyes.
She didn't want to see the bitter disappointment that she knew they held.]

A strange aura was forming around IceStorm. it was pure engery, hot and strong. It flowed in circles around IceStorm. IceStorm felt it, her breathing was even, with pauses in between. IceStorm looked towards Hawkpaw's head, to make him think she was aiming for above. She pounced, then as she landed upon him, swiped her paws under his legs knocking him over.

((Guys, I am putting my foot down. You WILL NOT use names like this: DawnPaw, OakStar, SnowStorm. I am tired of this. This is your warning. If I see it continuing, you will get an offense and be put on the Black List. I also do not want randome capitalizations, "OakPaw padded out from his Den and grabbed a Vole." Mistakes in bold. If I see this, you will also be put on the Black List for this. Once you are on the Black List, you will have an offense that remains with you forever. These offenses will accumulate. Now, don't get yourself booted and change your act! This is not toward any people in particular, this is a warning to everyone. Those of you not doing any of this, you're fine. "Ok Hawkpaw. Whatever you say"
[She shook her head]
"That's a nice offer, but I've got to get back to camp. Something's wrong with Riverfang"
[Brightspirit padded into camp, sensing her mate's anger, and walked over to him]
"Everything ok, Riverfang? You seem...upset"
[Riverfang shook his head]
"I'm fine. Don't bother. Just trying to help Whisperpaw here"
[He smiled and padded away]

[I nodded and watched her pad away. Nice cat, I thought to myself. I picked up my sparrow and began to head back to camp as well when muffled sounds came from my right. I flicked my ears and stopped. Listening intently, I recognized them as the sounds of a pouncing cat.
I turned and realized that the training hollow was nearby. Hesitating, I looked around. I didn't have anything better to do...and Silverstar was asleep in her den, as she had told me, resting from our overnight training session.
I padded into the hollow and looked around.
Riverfang and Brightspirit stood, exchanging words, and Whisperpaw sat behind them, seemingly waiting.
Hawkpaw and Icestorm were still training. My eyes widened, and I padded up to them, keeping a respectful distance this time.]
Resting my sparrow on the ground, I said, "Wow, you guys have been training overnight too, huh?"
[I tilted my head and watched them silently, my eyes wide, as I absorbed some information as well.]

He felt his paws knocked off balance just before falling to the ground, face first. He lay there, demobilized under his mentor's weight, and spitting dirt.]
“That...was awesome...And yeah, Thunderpaw.”
[He mewed between pants as he lay beneath the warrior. He tried to jerk himself free a couple times, but Icestorm wouldn't move, so Hawkpaw let himself go limp. Only his head turned to look at Thunderpaw with a half-smile and glittering eyes.]

(yes timber. *dips head apologetically to leo* ok. we will follow the rules.)
IceStorm moved away from Hawkpaw. letting her apprentice get up. She nodded to Thunderpaw. "Hawkpaw is a strong warrior and with the madness going on he will need to know how to fight." The aura of power was still encircling her but it seemed to have tuned down.
(Silver will come on tonight. she is sorry that she hasnt been posting lately. ^.^ sweatdrop )

(( xD I have to ask, gray, have you only been in warrior RP's? Because you put a lot of fantasy into your characters. Too much. That whole aura thing is clever, but really, you don't need to "cheat" like that. You can have a powerful character without giving them powers. ))
[I chuckled.]
"That's good. We all need some training in crucial times like these," I mewed confidently. "Silverstar and I were training not too long ago. She's exhausted, but I still feel energetic!"
[I jumped on my feet as I spoke, my eyes glinting. My claws unsheathed at the thought of battle.
I remembered that I had promised Hawkpaw we'd battle one day. Perhaps I could battle now.
Yet, seeing him get defeated by his mentor put a damper on my excitement.]
