It is rare for even the strongest of shinobi to excel in all three types of combat. Itachi wasn't as adept at Taijutsu (mostly because he was a Genjutsu-Ninjutsu type), Naruto and Jiraiya had no talent for Genjutsu (both were heavily Taijutsu-Ninjutsu type), Sasuke is a Ninjutsu-Taijutsu type (his Genjutsu were not all that special and could be considered basic as far as Uchiha go). If you were to go with a Ninjutsu-style Inuzuka, you could still be pretty adept at Taijutsu. But not with Genjutsu. Having an adept Genjutsu-using Inuzuka is counter-intuitive given their style of fighting. It would make their familiars entirely useless.

Tonight is the night we become great!The Stars will show us the way! Although completely awkward, there's no restriction to the Inuzuka clan though. This is going to be a very awkward Inuzuka. Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!

And I think an extremely ineffective Inuzuka at that. But people are entitled to their own choices.

Now... It'll be a while til I post, for I have to wait til the sun begins to wane, for I wish not to risk heat stroke anymore.

Xzaro OKAY THIS TIME THE JUTSUS SOUND LIEK LASERS. I also added s'more creative jutsus near the end. I would still appreciate some jutsu suggestions because this element is cool and I doubt Mana is going to deny the jutsu list this time.. "Glares at him." Quote: - Ranton Clan Jutsu -
* Storm Release: Laser Circus (B)
The user uses his Storm Release to create several bright beams of electricity that shoot at his enemy. A halo of bright energy spreads from his hands as he uses this technique. The beams are able to alter their direction after being shot.
* Storm Release: Energy Defenses (A)
Ranton users create a bubble around them with their chakra. This shield can defend against most attacks weaker and as strong as it but if the user stops chakra concentration the bubble will burst and he will be severely damaged being inside of it.
* Storm Release: Super Charge(A)
Using Ranton, the user flows this chakra around his body or weapons like an armor. Doing this will strengthen his taijutsu and weapon attacks and will weaken all incoming attacks. Using at a low chakra amount is dangerous however because then the armor will stun the user instead.
* Storm Release: Typhoon (A)
The user unleashes lasers 360 degrees around his body. Those looking at the user will be blinded temporarily while those in the range of the actual laser get severely shocked.
* Storm Release: Basketball (A)
A tightly formed ball of ranton energy is formed in the user's hand. Once completed, the ball can be thrown like a basketball, expanding exponentially once hitting the surface of something or it can be kept in the palm of the user's hand for him to hit with a direct shot close range.
*Storm Release: Disco Disc (C)
The user forms a halo shaped disc in his hand. When thrown, the halo expands itself around an enemy. Rapidly spinning, it grows in size until it surrounds itself around an enemy and later contracts again, successfully trapping him.
* Storm Release: Clone (A)
A simple clone made of Ranton. Once hurt, a large beam of energy is released, stunning the enemy. More devastating than a simple lightning clone.
* Storm Release: Light show (D)
A weak amount of energy is exerted from the palm of the user's hand. Enough to blind and enemy but not hurt him.
* Storm Release: Mechanical Dragon (A)
The user exerts energy in several different directions. These shots attack the opponent simultaneously until one last laser is formed fusing the previous shots and it becomes a dragon shaped offensive attack.
* Storm Release: Beam of Light (B)
A direct straight line of energy is exerted from the fingertips of its user.
* Storm Release: Angellic Upgrade (S)
The Ranton forms underneath the users feet allowing him the power to stay in mid-air. Large wings and a halo also appear giving this jutsu its name. While in midair, the ranton is manipulated to steer around obstacles at incredible speeds with the user on it. The wings slice through anything in its way while the halo is used as a sort of medium to shoot beams of energy. Eventually after a period of time, the user appears to have been enveloped by this ranton and all that can be seen by the naked eye is a ball of energy bouncing around and leaving destruction. After using the jutsu, the user is left severely hurt.
* Storm Release: Static Television (S)
The jutsu starts off as a wave of ranton energy swept through the floor, hurting all who are standing on it. Then when the opponent jumps up, the ranton moves up in tiny beams shaped like spikes towards the target. Even if the opponent manages to dodge these beams by somehow staying in the air, the spikes continue to go upwards and form a roof over the enemy. Then from this roof, tiny beams proceed to aim down and the cycle repeats itself, even forming walls around the enemy. Eventually so many beams are travelling that the enemy becomes trapped in a cage of energy. Users with dojutsus describe the flow of chakra to look like a television box with simply static within it. The drawback to this is that the user needs to stay far away from his "cage" for when he cancels the jutsu, all the ranton energy is exerted outwards several hundred feet in a devastating explosion hurting anything within it and around it.
