Ai flashes him a sad smile. "I know... and trust me... Bezernia can be quite testy when he wants to be. But I guess ye can say he got his message across... to some part of my head... it just took a bit of time to percolate and make sense... Odd really... here I was, thinking I was all grown up and I'm not much better off than you... going through puberty. What a mess." She sighs again and shakes her head. "I guess now I have to determine what I really am... what I really want... this bouncing back and forth is kind of disturbing, iffin ye know what I mean."

Tam sighs. "That's an understatement..." he murmurs softly. "If anyone has an answer... I'm willing to listen."
Fortuny gives a sour chuckle. "Some people would consider ye lucky."
"They are not me... trust me, this isn't fun anymore. And it really freaked me out the first time it happened, though now that I look back on it, I was... how can I say it, more in line with what I truly am or was then than I am now... When Salunia ran away to visit us, I only wanted to speak to her on her level... lion to lion... my shape then was more in line with what I truly am than this here one is.... my first mess up... kind of came later... when Bez talked me into doing something... Come to think of it... most of my mess ups seem to involve him in one way shape or form... I wonder why?" moans Ai with a soft rumbling growl.

Ai's gaze turns sad and confused. "He used to be nicer and there are times when he shows a better side to his nature. But get him mad or confused and he's unlivable. And I'm afraid I'vew really messed with his head of late... all those dreams..." Ai shudders.
Hope turns to look at him. "Why would yer dreams mean anything to someone who isn't here?"

Again her fur glows a rosy red. "Actually I won't tell ye what my dreams were about. That is between Bez and myself. But, my mate and I are psychically bound and when I feel strong emotions, he feels them too. Surely I don't have to say anything more than that."

She buries her head in her paws and groans even louder, causing Kero to look worried, but Fortuny only laughs.
"Dreams are easier to deal with than what I had to face, so cut it out, already. What makes ye so special anyway... pretty wings, a golden halo... or the fact yer so damned innocent ye can't talk about sex without crawling into a hole?" she say in a matter of fact tone, shocking both Hopian and Kero into silence.
Ai laughs weakly. "But I... I've never had to talk about myself like that. It's always been someone else's problem..."
