Tonight is the night we become great!The Stars will show us the way! LOD? Sadly... I have no capabilities for game play on this PC. I think my father is finally understanding that this scrap must be replaced though.
Now... I was slaying survivors too! They suffered greatly! Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!

History is really unnecessary if you ask me. The jutsus are custom made yes, but they aren't godmod or anything and I think I ranked accordingly. If you got any creative ideas for jutsu that might sound well using this element please tell because I just posted the first thing that came out of my arse. Other than that, please discuss and approve so I can get on with roleplaying in Kumogakure already. Quote: RantonShocking, Fluid, Bullets - History -
The Storm Release jutsus are formed by combining raiton (lightning) and suiton (water) to create bright beams of electricity that can flow like water. Most ninja who are able to use the bloodline hail from Kumogakure.
- Bloodline Rules -
• Members must have two elements (Water and Lightning)
• Ranton users usually have better aim than regular ninja
• Because it is lightning and water, without proper chakra control, jutsus can explode on contact
- Ranton Clan Jutsu -
* Storm Release: Laser Circus (B)
Darui uses his Storm Release to create several bright beams of electricity that shoot at his enemy. A halo of bright energy spreads from Darui's hands as he uses this technique. The beams are able to alter their direction after being shot.
* Storm Release: Bubble Shield (A)
Using the liquid nature of the lightning, Ranton users create a bubble around them with their chakra. This shield can defend against most attacks weaker and as strong as it but if the user stops chakra concentration the bubble will burst and he will be severely damaged being inside of it.
* Storm Release: Bullet (C)
A small ball of Ranton is shot from the mouth.
* Storm Release: Wave (B)
A wave of ranton chakra is formed and builds up like a wave of water, then when released a tsunami of electricity and water falls leaving devastation behind.
* Storm Release: Super Charge(A)
Using Ranton, the user flows this chakra around his body or weapons like an armor. Doing this will strengthen his taijutsu and weapon attacks and will weaken all incoming attacks. Using at a low chakra amount is dangerous however because then the armor will stun the user instead.
* Storm Release: Typhoon (S)
A large amount of Ranton is released into the atmosphere. Once fused with the natural water and lightning from the clouds, a large dark cloud is formed made from the user's Ranton. The user can then use this cloud at will, releasing ranton raindrops or lightning bolts capable of being directed at a specific target.
* Storm Release: Basketball (A)
A tightly formed ball of ranton is formed in the user's hand. Once completed, the ball can be thrown like a basketball, expanding exponentially once hitting the surface of something or it can be kept in the palm of the user's hand for him to hit with a direct shot close range.
* Storm Release: Clone (A)
A simple clone made of Ranton. Once hurt, a large explosion is made however that stuns nearby enemies. More devastating than a simple lightning clone.
* Storm Release: Mist (B)
A large amount of Ranton is exerted and manipulated to the point where it is barely visible. Extending it around the area, it is more efficient than a regular mist jutsu in that it is also more difficult to move around. Once the jutsu is canceled however, the ranton will revert back to its more dense form and explode on contact, stunning anything inside the mist for a period of time.

You can't throw laser circus in there just randomly to make it like Darui's. What you've done is made a bloodline based on what you've seen in the Will of Fire movie, which was stated as storm release, as in literal storms. Laser circus does not fit that whatsoever. Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!
