Eric sighed. "The shopping trip in twilight town, finding peppermint, and I remember us at a beach. Did you drag me somewhere when I was seriously injured once? I vaguely remember a pink blob looking over me and then passing out. Next thing i remember I couldn't talk for some reason. Maybe it was all a horrible dream," he said rubbing his neck. The dark spot where zaxious stabbed him all that time ago pulsated.

"Well..." Namine bit her lip. "yes, I was with you most of the time, but then..." She rubbed her arms, not wanting to tell him of his previous berserk episodes. "N-No. Nothing really happened. You've been sick for a while now." She lied and gave him a small hug. "It's nice to see you're alright."

Eric sighed and lightly placed his arms around namine. "Don't sugar coat it miss. I clearly remember harming multiple people. The bearded one called me son and another child was there. Perhaps my own brother. Clearly something went wrong and made me snap. I feel this rage when I remember a blond boy with a scarf. Why I do not know, but I feel he has something to do with how I ended up here," he said looking around the room. "This place is pretty well furnished for an asylum,"

Eric looked confused. "Academy? This school has dorms the size of apartments?" He said. "That's odd for them to be so big," he said looking toward the alchemy equipment. "Ooooh now that I remember," he said smiling.

"Do you remember any thing else?" Namine asked, a bit conflicted. "The name of the blonde haired child? Lawrence? How about all your military training stuff."

Eric's eyes widened and his pupils shrank at the mentioning of the military. Many horrible flashbacks went through his head. Dark masses of heartless filling the dark depths, camps burning from red nocturnes, brutal struggles through waves of heartless to with the possibility of death or corruption at any minute. He blinked a few times and snapped back to reality. "Whoa, that was intense. I'd prefer to forget what I just remembered," he shuddered. His ears perked up at the mention of Lawrence. "Oh yes. I remember that name. Lawrence geffaltmir. Former ally of mine. I don't really know why, but I can't quite remember what split our ties infriendship," he said.

"I'm sorry." Namine held Eric's hand and frowned. She hoped Eric wasn't too banged up. "Can you remember the boy's name?"

Eric looked to namine. "The little blond boy? I want to say cyan, but that seems rather inappropriate for a blond boy," he said. He put his free hand to his chin and thought it over. "No clue. Is it cyan?"

"No clue. Is it cyan?" "Sorta. Cyan is what we called him before he started calling himself by his real name, Alex." Namine said and picked up Peppermint, kissing his forehead. Peppermint barked once and looked to Eric, wagging his tail.

Eric smiled and petted peppermint on the head. "Now this little guy I remember. Did you miss me little buddy?" He said happily.

Eric continued petting peppermint, but looked somberly at namine. "So, who else is here? Are any of my friends or, dare I say it, enemies here? Please tell me there's more than one who can ease my heavy dread," he said.
