But it is rather small, capable of holding no more than two of them at a time, if Luciel ants to join them. Though it does seep out into a broad sandy region, which gradually slopes down into a deeper section of the pool. The air of the room is heavy with moisture and sharp with the scent of minerals.
Lyssan carefully undoes Luna's bandages and tells her to go take a soak while they check out the rest of the cave. Leaving Kero with her to keep her company, Lyssan goes back to the entrance with Luciel to get her sack. "So, which one of ye scented it out... I can see the excavation marks so I know you did a bit of digging for her to get to it. Was it hard to reach?"

*Luciel nods*
Hard enough I had to use my abilities as a half-copper to reach it...but I'm going to keep enlarging it, at least until it's big enough for all of us...then I'll leave be, and she can make it bigger as she gets older...

"Well, take caution enlarging it. Until I trace it back that is. I might be able to increase the flow a bit, but if I can't, ye might undermine it's usefulness. If it doesn't fill rapidly enough, it will lose it heat source. Seep pools tend to cool down rather quickly." she advises opening the bag and checking it's contents.
"So has Luna figured out which cavern she wants for her sleeping quarters yet?"

*Luciel shakes his head*
No...she was too excited over her new bathroom...but guess what, Mama? I did it! I managed to breathe Fire!

"Nice... it's about time. So what brought ye to that point?" she asks, walking back into the main cavern, which is considerably higher in elevation than the bathing room. There are four off shoot of the cavern, two leading down one on the same level and one going up.

*Luciel smiles*
There was a really stubborn bit of clay in the way...it wasn't responding to my power over the earth...and I just got so mad, I breathed fire all over it and it melted...and I got soaked...it had been holding back the water...

Lyssan nods with a smile as she looks into the upper cavern. It's a bit too small for a larger dragon to sleep in comfortable, but would make a good storeroom someday, being high and dry, without a hint of moisture.
"Probably why I didn't know it was there. Your nose is a hundred times better than mine.... so I suspect it is draining out through the sand.... must be a crack in the rock of the floor.... Probably where the sand came from in the first place. It is a good thing it's not too caustic a pool... I suspect it is feeding right into the lake."

Probably so...we'd need a bronze to confirm that, though...

Lyssan sighs. "Not my field, I fear... maybe Kero can check it out tomorrow. I think he can determine it as well. Now this one seems usable..." she says entering a large domed cave through a crack. "It's dry and airy.... And I think she will be able to drive a bolt hole through there." She says pointing to a region that seems to fade into a shadowy darkness. Her tiny ball light sparks off the walls in a myriad of colors. "Crystals?" she asks going to one wall.

Well...I thought she should have a pretty room....so I...did a bit of calling...

Well...I've been sneaking in here every night for an hour...while you guys have baths...and solidifying the stones...

"I thank you, as Luna truly isn't very magical... So whatever she does to this place over time will no doubt be done through physical labor. I know it sounds odd, but in order for her to exist outside of me without diminishing my own powers, we had to make her a mundane... but she is rather attracted to it... and has an affinity for finding magical things without even wanting to. In other words she has all my sensitivity and none of my ability. Kind of a dangerous precedent as she's as curious as a cat. So Kero's been teaching her about magic.... all kinds... to make her familiar with what she finds. Hopefully with enough background, she'll be more cautious in handling items from the more dangerous schools." says Lyssan softly.
"Well... well.. what do we have here... a fresh water source.... that's kind of dicey... if the other pool is bleeding into the swamp... where does this one flow from. It appears to be filtered somehow as it is rather clear, but we don't want to be contaminating what she might drink. Not that the water in the spring will hurt her... but it's mineral content is rather high... more likely than not it will merely act as a laxative or medicinal."
