It's more the fact that I'm worried my mum will expect more of me than ever.
She always wants me to do my best.
And I don't want to!
I don't want to be the smartest kid in class!
If I know I can be, then that's fine.
I just want to do the work and get on with life.
But my mum wants me to do everything 100% perfect!

yeah I get it, I get it realy well myu. So you know what you do, dont worry about her, its been shown that parents like that wont be satisfied no matter how high an A you get, its nice that she wants you to do good but if you dont dont worry about it, she shouldnt pressure you so much on things like that.

Ya know what I would do, and have done, when you start out in a class do realy sucky at first even if you can ace it easy, then as you progress into the class through out the semester, little by little get better, so your parents think hey! She started off bad and now shes accelerating! see.
