Marshall's ears were ringing as well but he had a huge smile on his face as they leaked out. He laughed with her " Good times." he said and went to the car " We got two more places to go." he said and once she got in drove off out of golden rod but not too far as they ended up at the carnival. He got out " Here we are." he said.

"Well come on, lets go!" Lylla interlocked her fingers with Marshall's without thinking and took off towards the entrance to the carnival.

Lylla's eyes darted around then sighted a hall of mirrors and smirked back at Marshall then darted off towards the tent like a little girl.

Marshall stared at her when she said it and shook his head " Naw that ones going right up here." he said and and tapped his head. He then saw her dart off to a tent...the hall of mirrors and laughed chasing after her right inside and he almost instantly go lost.

Marshall sighed ' God I suck at these things." he said and always managed to stumble onto the right path but Lylla's face would distract and confuse him sometimes. She seemed really happy not and he was glad to see it if not getting frustrated about the many images blinding him.

Marshall laughed at her " Nope just making sure you don't run off and cause some trouble." he said as they exited and someone took a picture surprising him. He was handed the picture and put it in his pocket " Now I know what we are doing!" he said and grabbed her hand running her over to octopus and got on one of the seats with her and smiled " This one is relaxing." he said and leaned back as it started to spin getting faster and faster.

Jacie shot up out of bed, dripping with a cold sweat. Her chest rapidly rose and fell as her head whipped around, scanning the room. Once she realized that she was indeed alone in the giant room, Jacie threw the covers off of her and slid out of bed and onto the carpeted floor, completely ignoring the purple fuzzy slippers at the side of her bed. Jacie walked into the bathroom and flipped on the faucet as an automatic night light came on, illuminating part of the counter top. After splashing her face with some water, Jacie grabbed a towel to dry her face. After removing the towel from her eyes she met someone's gaze in the reflection of her mirror. Upon closer inspection, Jacie instantly recognized the tall, short-blonde-haired man from her nightmare. A name slipped into her mind as a blood-curdling scream slipped out of her lips.
Aegis.
A cold chill ran down her spine as Jacie whipped around and soon found herself punching the wall behind her.
"He's gone..." she whispered.

Markus suddenly opened up the door sticking in his gun first " What going on?" he asked and looked at Jacie and shook his head turning on his safety " Jacie....what's wrong with you." he said. Marshall smiled as it continued to get faster and faster and he closed his eyes perfectly relaxed.

"Um... It-It was just a nightmare. I-I didn't mean to wake you." Jacie said as she ran a hand through her long blue hair. "My apologies. Please... Just go back to bed. It was nothing." Jacie said, flashing Marcus her signature smile. A smile that only one person could tell the difference between the real smile and the fake smile. Little did she know, that person was standing right in front of her. So her attempts were absolutely useless.
