The Stars are what gave us away! i looked. there is literally 3 people in leaf including the hokage. one genin who just started. and a missing nin. everyone else that used to be here are not active. and it seems like they havent been for a while. so as far as i can tell no one in leaf should be a chuunin

I need to inform you all that once a month, the Chunnin exams are supposed to be held. Also, the time skip gave every member within the defined time, four additional jutsu. Here is my proof: iDallas ★ Ranking System! ★
This is the system in which one will follow when ranking. Other than the Kage, or village leader each village will be allowed to promote a person to anbu. This is done by the kage's choosing.
All members other than the kage, or Anbu will be starting off as an academy student. Twice a month each village will hold an exam, those who pass will become genin those who do not must wait until the next exam. Once a month the guild will hold the Chunin exams, Making sure that it is held in a different village each time.Rules:⇨Unless told otherwise members of the guild will start off at Genin.⇨Other than Kage, or Anbu no one else shall auto rank.⇨At anytime you feel your kage simply does not like you, you may ask a Vc to test you to become genin. Though you must have some sort of proof that you are being treated by preference.iDallas I'll be a flat liner;

You will be aging three years!
Everyone will gain one rank.

p.s. Feel free to change your appearance. The Time Skip was posted on February 9th of this year. P.S. I have the names of those who wish to join the Akatsuki in the future. That way, I can keep them within my sights and give them the attention they need in the role-play in order to join. I also have the high requirement of S rank to join because I want to make the Akatsuki the most elite of our guild. It would push the people willing to join to train harder and set up their characters in the story so that they are truly worthy of holding the title of Akastuki and the S-Rank by defeating a ninja of that rank.

Also, PM those who are members in the village and demand if they are going to still participate in the guild. Give them a week. If they don't respond, delete their profiles and ban them. SImple as that.
