xD *Tries to say in a somewhat fast, but all in one breath kinda' thing*
The main hero who seems to have the most MP/TP power at the beginning of the game and the macho-ness with rookieness and always seems to have a quirk or bad temper depending on his opponents but always seems to end up with the main heroine of the game or his lovey dovey back at home and wins the game with the highest HP and somewhat medium amount of TP/MP since the mages/magic users always hog the MP but end up with low HP...

a main heroine or somewhat of a main that tags along and tries and tries to hog the attention of the main hero and ends up realizing an epiphany of some sort halfway through the game and then gets a super ultimate attack that makes her a definite favorite in the game.

The rookie wannabe hero main character's instructor and friend, who has way better skills, items etc. and who always comes to help right before the main caharcter dies, and who mysterically seems to know things, but for some odd reason reveals them at weird points. D:
After the middle of the game when the main character has actually learned how to use a sword, has gained some potions and an armor, we all suddenly find out that he's actually THE TOP VILLAIN'S TWIN BROTHER!
With whom he sides up with? Well, that's decided in an ultra annoying mini game that consists of fighting against a super poodle! =D

A shady vendor who deals in mostly blackmarket items. For the most part all he'll do is get you in trouble since if you buy something from him, sooner or later the authorities will come after you because you bought some mysterious item of criminal-ish doom off the guy. However, if you approach him at just the right time after doing just the right things and choosing just the right choices, during the game he will give you a super awesome weapon of shinyness that'll make beating the game waaaaay too easy.

A dark alien lord who rules a planet. He's been the ruler for quite some time now, and this thing called "Earth" is making him worry. The planet keeps sending things into space and has weird men in white suits jump all over the place, exploring the lack of something they call "gravity." Only his immediate subordinates get to talk to him face to face, and even then he often has his back turned to them, focusing on the many screens, panels, and buttons in his office. (Monitoring the earth's actions is pretty tough work!)
While playing this game, you play as the alien lord, and are forced to make decisions based on what you feel will produce the best outcome. It's like a "choose your own adventure" book! Different answers will take you to different levels within the game, and all these actions will ultimately lead to either the lord's domination or surrender.

Prolly some sort of flamboyant NPC who gives you weird quests that relate to the destruction of his competitors in the fashion industry. =0

He would be the hero's sidekick, giving plenty of comic relief but serving no real purpose other than to annoy the player by saying "I pity the fool" after each game over.

ok, here's the story. a young prince is made heir to the throne after his father's death, but his elder brother wants it and tries to kill him. the prince escapes and meets the AA, who is a rebel kinda like robinhood. and not only does the AA guide him in how to live outside the palace, but how to fight and to solve his people's poverty. not to mention becoming the prince best bud and ally. then when it comes time for them to overthrow the prince's elder brother, the AA with his falcon help the prince scope out a battle plan for and fight by the prince's side. then after the prince's evil elder brother is killed, the prince discovers that his true elder brother is the AA and the other was his step-brother. the AA's weapon is a bow and arrow and lives in the forest, where he met the prince.
