[Cartwright] (C) vs Trent (Special Referee)

Cartwright would begin to head inside the ring and ascend the turnbuckle. Meanwhile Trent would be resting against the announcers table.

JR: "You've got to be kidding me."

King: "You don't think hes going to do it, right!?"

JR: "Cartwright has gone off the deep end is looking to not only put Trent down, but himself!"

Trent would begin to stir a bit as Cartwright was climbing the turnbuckle. The crowd was buzzing as they prepared for the worst. Would Trent get out of the way, would Cartwright land it all and take Trent and himself out!?

As screams would be let out. The announcers table would explode. And both men would be in the dust that would settle over the scene as Cartwright would get all of it!  

[Cartwright]

Crowd: "HOLY s**t!
HOLY s**t!
HOLY s**t!"

The crowd roars as The Boss is successful at driving Trent through the announcers table, both men left lying on the ground following the shock of the crash.

JR: "IT'S ABSOLUTE CARNAGE AT RINGSIDE!"

King: "Cartwright really wants to win!"

The special guest referee begins to stir and observes the situation.

Rosario rolls Trent in to the ring under the bottom rope, followed by Cartwright.

Rosario draps Cartwright's arm over Trent for a pin, the crowd loudly booing the biased officiating!

Rosario: "ONE...

TWO..."

The crowd couldn't believe their eyes. Trent was squashed under the debris after Cartwright his a nasty cannonball leg drop. And finally Rosario got back to a vertical basis and was throwing the two men back into the ring.

The fans were ready to call it a night as he got down into the pinfall.

One!

Two!

Th----

WHAT!?

Trent lifted the shoulder up at the very last second. The crowd would roar as the match should have been over after what they just saw! But somehow, someway, Trent dug down deep enough and got the shoulder up to continue the match!  

[Cartwright]

Cartwright shakes his head as Rosario shows him two fingers, why won't Trent die?!

Rosario appears to whisper a plan in to The Boss's right ear, which has him nodding along, he must like it.

Cartwright leaves the ring to grab a steel chair while Rosario brings Trent up to his feet, holding him in place as Cartwright enters the ring with the chair.

JR: "It looks like Cartwright is resorting to giving Trent a concussion!"

King: "Do what you've got to do, that's what I say!"

Cartwright raises the steel chair up high in to the air, preparing to send it crashing down in to Trent's skull!

It seemed like it was all but over. Trent had been choked out and put through a table and has shown very little life besides the kick out. And it seemed like Cart and Rosario were keen on ending it here as Cartwright fetched a chair and Rosario would pull Trent to his feet.

And finally, the crowd would be screaming no, JR would be condemning the actions of the two men. And everything was ready to execute. Cart would take the step forward and begin to swing the chair as a might crack would be heard.

And Rosario would collapse.

Just before contact was made, Trent would pull himself out of the grasps of Rosario and dodge the chair shot. Leaving Rosario the one to take the brunt of the blow as the steel would make a disgusting noise upon contact of the officials skull.  

[Cartwright]

Cartwright looks shocked and then frustrated following an accidental chair shot to his special referee, as Trent manages to avoid what would surely have been a fatal blow!

Cartwright chooses to wildly swing the chair towards Trent, he can't avoid it forever right!

Cartwright would have stopped for a moment, realizing what he had done. Giving Trent the chance to get solid footing. Enough footing that Trent would look to capitalize. Because as Cart turned and looked to swing the chair overhead, Trent aimed a superkick at the exposed chin of Cartwright!  

[Cartwright]

Trent has his timing down to perfection, knowing exactly when to send his foot towards the head of Cartwright, finding its target and causing Cartwright to drop to the mat.

JR: "BAH GAWD, KING!
THERE'S LIFE IN TRENT YET!"

King: "I thought he was goner, JR!
If he had any brains, he would be!"

JR: "Trent is a fighter until the very end!"

Trent nailed the superkick right on the chin of Cartwright, dropping the European Champion on his back. Trent would trip after delivering the superkick, falling to a knee. But the adrenaline had kicked in, Trent was shaking, and he felt that the end was near.

Pulling himself to his feet. Trent would not go for the pinfall, but instead began to pick up Cartwright. He needed to deliver one final move and then he could finally achieve the impossible, defeating Cartwright in his own match type, with his own referee, for a title specifically made for him.

The thought would push Trent further, hurrying the process. When Cart was finally back to his feet with the full assistance of Trent, the Initiator looked to pull Cart into and finally deliver the Initiator Powerbomb in the center of the ring!  

[Cartwright]

Trent looks to give Cartwright the final attack that will secure his victory.

The Challenger lifts up the hunched-over champion high in to the air, dropping him from a great height to successfully Powerbomb The Boss in to the mat!

JR: "THIS IS IT!
WE HAVE A NEW CHAMPION!"

King: "I don't think so JR!"

The crowds glee changes to vicious booing, as it once again appears that the fix is in, as Rosario joins The Butler and Omen with an immediate jump from behind to punish Trent!

Trent would look over his handiwork, and just as he was about to finally drop down and go for the pinfall. He would get dropped for another reason, by outside forces. Cartwright Strong Style was in full force as Trent would get attack from behind by Rosario, as well as Omen and the Butler. A brutal assault was about to commence!

JR: "You have got to be kidding me!"

King: "The Boss' insurance plan is in full effect!"

JR: "He couldn't get it done even with Rosario assuring there was pinfall or submissions for Trent!"  

[Cartwright]

The crowd begins to throw trash in to the ring as Cartwright Strong Style pummels Trent with punches and kicks, while The Boss uses the ropes to slowly get back to his feet.

JR: "THE FANS ARE LIVID!"

King: "They all got played JR!
Oh boo-hoo!"

Cartwright orders everyone to bring Trent up to his feet, so that he can place Trent on to his shoulder in a torture rack position.

JR: "Cartwright is determined to have the last laugh and the finishing blow!"

King: "Money can buy you happiness JR!
Look what The Boss has used it for!
I love the torture rack!"

Cartwright prepares to lift Trent up and drop him to the side head-first, as he looks to plant Trent with the Cartwright Crash Burning Hammer!

Trent was at the mercy of the opposing force as he would get beaten, lifted, and then dropped on his head for a huge Burning Hammer from the boss.

Trent following the maneuver would be left laying lifelessly on the mat as the crowd would continue to blow up. Making it hard to think, let alone hear. Truly showing how the people feel about the boss and his antics.

JR: "Just end this train wreck already, dammit! You already proved what you needed to do to win!"

King: "He didn't need this, it was just in the cards. The game was never one for Trent to win!"

JR: "You can say that again. Despite those odds, Trent tried his best to persevere. A true heart of the champion, unlike Cartwrights!"

King: "I would be careful what you say, JR! You could be next!"  

[Cartwright]

Cartwright looks around at all the furious, booing fans at ringside and afar, is this really what he wants?

It would appear so, as Cartwright hooks Trent's leg, allowing Rosa to do the honors one more time!

Two!

...

Three!

Trent had managed to power out earlier and gain a second wind, but he was way past that damage threshold. In fact, ever since that drop on the back of his head and neck he hadn't moved that much at all.

Cartwright had won and Trent would be on his back, facing the lights, surrounded by Cartwright Strong Style. The match coming to a very unfortunate end as Cartwright is still your European Champion.
