A large tan man lay out cold on the bed, hooked up to IV's and monitors. Whatever was visible below was heavily black and blue wherever it wasn't covered by bandages. "Usually it's caused by any sudden, blunt force trauma during a peak erection. Mr Asaverli wasn't very clear on the details and his companion didn't linger, but unfortunately my imagination had a field day." Indeed, Sciurus would need to bleach his eyes for at least a month to forget this. He scanned the monitors and a new chart by the bed, pointedly avoiding the actual patient in his sights.

Sciurus laughed darkly as he made to leave for the next patient, no point in waking the poor b*****d. "You wouldn't want to visit my imagination, I handle cases of all sorts of things. But this is hardly the reason why." He scanned the next information on the chart. "I have no capacity or interest in caring for anyone else. Only one person qualified. But I do promise the next one will be more routine; multiple gunshot wounds. She's still in ICU. The police had to be notified, of course."

(Sorry for disappearing guys, hadn't any access to internet.) He turned towards the girl, with a puzzled face. "I-I-I did...?", he said, with a sigh of relief. "So n-no g-g-ghost, then...?"The geen man then looked at the Doctor, slightly worried. "Y-you hurt... y-y-yourself...?" Orrin did not realise that the other man was probably joking about tormenting himself and the possible vengeful souls, and he felt really bad for him. The zombie stood up, wobbled over to the Doctor and gave him a great, big hug, out of the blue.

*Don't hit yourself...We've all got bumps in the road. Heck, I think one's happening to me today.* Xashowd wondered about the doctor's comment, but he and Minty left before Xashowd could form a response. He kept flipping through the book, feeling that he was getting closer to his goal.

That Green Gentleman Anon {Yay! You're back! OuO /huggles/ } Scuirus arched a brow at someone being worried for him. "Not usually, no. And whenever I do get injured, usually I heal rather fa-" He broke off at the sudden hug, stiffening as an automatic reflex. Normally his other sudden reflex would be stabbing the person hugging him or other violence, but the surgeon willed himself not to, clenching the business end of his scalpel tightly. He couldn't fault someone trying to be nice, and felt a stab of pain as his grip was too tight, red warmth dripping through his fingers. At least it was his and not Orrin's.

(ALL THE LOVE! <3) Suddenly, the big and scary Doctor didn't seem half as frightening. He was, in fact, rather warm and squishy, Orrin thought. From his experience, people were only ever as bad as they'd been driven to be, and a little love tend to go a long way. Squeezing his face against other man's shoulder, he did not realise how uncomfortable his poor "victim" felt. Then, there was the sudden scent of blood. Orrin let go and took a stumbling step backwards, staring directly at the Doctor's hand, saying not a word.

That Green Gentleman Anon { <33 Yeah I see you edit button, You will not best me again!} Sciurus focused on the pain in his hand and breathing, riding the hug out. It wasn't so bad as long as he didn't dwell on memories of the last person he willingly let this close. The sudden release almost made him stumble, but the surgeon kept his balance, wanting to flex and move himself but not seem rude about it. The scalpel was sticking freely out of his hand at this point, making a mess. "My apologies, there I go hurting myself again, I suppose. Can't take me anywhere. And it's especially rude for your case..." He would need to clean and sew the glove back up, but the surgeon calmly grasped the end of the scalpel and pulled it out with a wince. after removing his gloves and wiping some blood away, Sciurus watched skin on his palm slowly start healing itself with the usual itching. "Not as bad as it seems."

Orrin kept staring at the bleeding hand for a while, until it began healing. Shaking his head, he sat down on the floor, right where he stood, looking rather grumpy. "Don't like blood...", he muttered in a near whisper, so that one could hardly distinguish the words. He kept his eyes on his bunny slippers, not wanting to look at the Doctor anymore.

That Green Gentleman Anon Sciurus went to the sink to wash up and came back with bleach and a sponge to clean the floor. "I will try to ensure there isn't any more of it..." When he was done the surgeon took an alchohol swab and cleaned off the scalpel before dropping it back into his pocket.

The green man kept staring at his slippers, hardly noticing what went on around him. Wiggling his toes to make the rabbits move, he quickly forgot that something was bothering him. "Bunny..."

That Green Gentleman Anon Sciurus couldn't help a slight smile at the young man's innocence as he scrubbed his gloves in the sink. There was another pair in the desk, but the doctor wasn't one to throw clothing away. A small pair of blue eyes watched Orrin silently from under the desk. ears twitching at the word 'bunny'.

As he sat there, mesmerized by his own slippers, Orrin heard a small sound coming from underneath the desk. "B-bunny...?", he stuttered, crawling over the floor to see what it was.

That Green Gentleman Anon Something in Orrin's tone caught his attention. The doctor looked over curious. "? What is it, Orrin?" The pair of eyes continued starting at him as they backed farther under the desk.

Orrin would not hear the Doctor, but kept on crawling towards the desk. He saw a blue spark there, if only for a moment, and reached out his cold hands to grab it.
