His skin is a light caramel color, uncharacteristic as well of a prince of Amegakure where it rains constantly.

tab What Are You Like?| Ika is a very professionally-capable, friendly, and relaxed person. He is a composed and collected individual who, despite being a high ranking noble, is modest and patient around people, making him very sociable. Additionally, he tends to be quite formal. As a righteous person who treats people equally, Ika has stated, on more than one occasion, that he could not stand those who enjoy committing "atrocious" acts such as bullying, murder, genocide, ect.

Ika also seems to be both a quick thinker and a helpful person. However, he has a tendency to act before thinking, frequently following a friend's lead before fully thinking it through. However in combat he is a level-headed thinker. He knows his own limits and can make accurate assessments when faced with a stronger, more powerful opponent.

To most he appears as an engaged person, taking his studies and relationships equally seriously, making him a bit stubborn and emotionally sensitive. However, this is mostly due to his loyalty towards his friends as well as his good intent. He will hold a grudge against those who have severely hurt his feelings, though he could eventually forgive them with a simple apology from their part. He is willing to hold secrets and help friends in need, sometimes without considering the consequences, even if their actions can be "Dishonorable" to some degree.

Though he always feels a bit lonely, as his status made many people view him as essentially unattainable, thus preventing him from forming any kind of meaningful, long-lasting relationships. Outside of passing friendships with his trainers, and teachers. Though this does not prevent him from being very kind to nearly everyone he meets.

• Resolved: Ika has an unending resolve and will never give up on a task once he has set his mind to it. In some cases this is a good thing as it can push him forward.
• Logic and Reason: Ika prides himself on being a reasonable man. While he is still young and his emotions can get the better of him from time to time, he is quite capable of suppressing them to make the fairest and most reasonable choices.
• Noble Training: Growing up Ika knew exactly what his responsibilities would be one day and what type of man it would take to maintain those responsibilities. As such he was drilled extensively in martial combat, theoretical tactics, and leadership theory. This education also extended into statesmanship, economics and political sciences.

• Resolved: While his resolve can help him greatly at times, it hinders him in others. Once he has made a judgement on something or someone its almost never changed. This results in him being quite stubborn at times.
• Noble Life: While being a noble comes with a great deal of perks, it also comes with a good number of drawbacks too. He knows nothing of medicine, farming, cooking, blacksmithing, or other "peasant" arts.
• Seclusion: While he met hundreds and hundreds of nobles growing up, his interactions with the general population were limited, leaving him a bit naive.
• Say what you do: Nobles have a tendency of saying one thing and doing another. While in his experience peasants are quite cut and dry. This has lead him to be rather mistrusting of other nobles and their intentions, while more trusting of the greater population.

Ikazuchi is the only son of Jesrei Usurio. The Lord of The Land of Rain. As such from the moment he was old enough to understand the concept he was appointed heir to the throne and title. Regardless of his desires for the topic he would one day rule the land like his father before him. While Ika did not really have a problem with it, the fact that his fate had been predetermined for him forced him to adapt and learn quickly. With the chaos of the Era of Attention his education was strictly regimented and enforced. With the wars and mass death running rampant during the time of his birth he was not allowed to leave the palace under any circumstances. This sheltered life would both serve as a boon and a detriment for the young man.

When his general education was mostly completed his father had ordered a change in it which shifted it to focus greatly upon martial training and politics. With Amegakure serving as a mediator between Yougangakure and Sunagakure he would need to learn to play the grand game of politics quickly, and with great skill to avoid machinations and manipulations of both parties. The first lesson that this game taught him was never to trust the words of nobles. Second was that nobody ever did anything purely for someone else. Deals and treaties being made to favor one more so then the other. Calculated moves that he could never even comprehend the math of.

Though it was not all doom and gloom. The young man did truly enjoy learning and spending time with the court nobles. However he could never truly develop friendships with anyone other then his instructors and teachers for fear of those friendships being called into question as favoritism. Despite this, the young man soon fell in love with a young noblewoman named Seihara from Amegakure. While his father had wished that he would remain single to preserve the option of an arranged marriage with another village, he did not oppose their courting writing it off as young love.

With the end of the era and the breakdown in communications between villages, Ika found himself aiding his father more and more publicly while Jesrei recovered from the pain and hurt of it. Though the true source of his fathers suffering would never be known to the young man. Upon his sixteenth birthday he was officially and publicly crowned [prince at his coming of age ceremony. While the event was a joyous one, the large number of those who had been taken, including more then a few of the courts nobles, cast a pall upon the event. With whispers abounding as to what would happen should the young prince be taken within the next few years. Despite the rumors and the pall the young man found great comfort in his companion Seihara. The two spending the night together in secret. However be it fate, or destiny, the young couple would not wake to see the morning. Being taken by the crystallization in the night while they slept. What would become of the young prince and his lover was known only to the fates.~

• Noble Blood Has Perks: Because of his extensive martial and political education, Ika gains a +1 to power.
• Prince Of Storms → All Raiton and Ranton Jutsu no longer need the common hand seals, and instead require varying degrees of arcane gestures and // or words to perform. While E through C - ranks require only the simplest of arcane gestures, the B through A - ranks require arcane words be spoken. S - rank techniques require both spoken and gestures arcane components. However this does not include S+ rank jutsu. Their complexity still requires the use of traditional seals to perform.
• Noble Funding: Ika starts with double the base ryo allocated to him by his archetype.

So there were just a couple of things I needed to clarify before I can approve the profile.

1. Personal Attribute: Your first PA is a little hard to understand. The way you have it written is that you would basically have both arms of your manifestation for 75% of your chakra. The wording I believe needs to be switched around to reflect > 50% - 2 Arms, 50-25% - 1 Arm, < 25% - 0 Arms.

2. Personal Attribute: The second PA, nothing wrong with it, but just clarifying that this does not give you the ability to use jutsu with one hand. Both arms would be required to cast jutsu, meaning, according to your first PA, this would only work as long as your chakra is above 50%.

3. Elements: You have Wind listed as an element twice. Again, just clarifying that, without a PA, this doesn't make the element more powerful, otherwise it would take the place of the Ninjutsu Elemental Specialist discipline without requiring the Ninjutsu Class. You are welcome to still only have one element, but without the discipline or a PA, your Wind is the same strength as anyone else's.

4. Weapon Proficiencies: Just to make sure you understand how these work. By putting [1] point in Improvised Weaponry, and [1] point in Handheld Ranged Weapons, you can only use each of these at E-rank. Once a second point is spent on a more specific weapon, or category of weapons, that weapon can then be trained up from E-rank to whatever the limit for your experience rank is. So as it stands, you can use Improvised Weaponry and Handheld Ranged Weapons at E-rank, and cannot train them. If this is what you intended, then it's fine.

5. Stages of Learning: Where are you getting these from? Sage Archetype gives you [5] Nin/Gen slots, and you get [2] additional from having [5] Chakra stat. I could just be forgetting something.

6. Starting Items: It appears you still have a balance of 50 ryo to use on beginning items, if you'd like to spend it. At the very least, I would recommend you get some clothes, as at the moment the only thing your character is wearing is the hoodie-like leather armor. =)

A few things I need to go over, so sorry in advance if it's long.

1. Picture: Your appearance description says 'as depicted' but your picture appears to be missing! Just thought you should know. =)

2. Frame: So your options are Very Light, Light, Medium, Heavy, and Very Heavy. It's more of a general term for your build based a bit on muscle but, for our civilian classes especially, more how heavy you are. So being 6'2" and about 170 pounds, your character is probably a Medium frame. These terms are important for Buki- and Taijutsu users especially, because many styles require certain frames.

3. Classes: A note for the future, since you don't have a class yet, you cannot be a Shinobi (Taijutsu and Sensor), and a non-Shinobi (Soldier) class, except under certain circumstances that require an S-rank Prestige class.

4. Personal Attribute: My Clothes are a Second Skin - So if you take a look a the list of stuff you get for not having a bloodline, next to Minor PA it has listed (religious, craft, skill, and learning). As a Minor PA, it can only be used for things that affect one of those categories, such as a circumstantial bonus to a skill in a particular situation (like... +2 to Fishing when it's raining, or something). It could also be used to get a reduction to learning, such as learning Bukijutsu techniques [1] post faster. Things like that. What you have there would more likely be a Greater PA, but it could also be expanded upon because of that.

Likewise, you have until D-rank to determine your PAs, so take some time to get to know your character, and then when you're ready, resubmit the character to get them approved.

5. Chakra and Stamina: So uh... I think it was an error on out part that Chakra is on there first. You can take out the second one if you want. That aside, you should only have 100 Chakra, and 100 Stamina. The +100 listed in the Archetype is the same for all Archetypes, just to show that that's what everyone starts with.

6. Stages of Learning: Where are you getting 6 stages of learning from? Athlete Archetype gives you [2], and then having a [4] Strength, and [4] Stamina gives you an additional [1] per stat, totaling [4].

7. Ryo: You don't start with any ryo. This starting ryo is only used on the character starter shop, after which any leftovers disappear.
