Mai sighs quietly, looking around the village as they went. She wouldn't lie, it was a small area, but it looked nice. Quiet, comfortable, somewhere she could see herself staying in for a while. The only thing she really wished there was was less people. She still wasn't quite used to this many people in once place/

Ryumi sighed softly. "I like the village... but it feels... crowded," he said softly. He walked past the food stand, glancing at the name. "Ichiraku's" it read.

Mai nodded a bit, stretching her arms out as they were slowing outside a small building, the scent of ramen emitting from inside, causing her to smile a bit. Glad I'm not the only one who thinks that. She sighs a bit, looking up at the male.

Mai looked up at him. What was that? She asked, having heard him mumble, but what he mumbled was beyond her.

Ryumi cleared his throat. "My name... is Yumi; don't ask me why the hell my family gave me a female name," he said wryly, trying to keep from sighing.

Mai smiles a bit and shakes her head. In some odd way, it fits. I'm Mai. She smiles up at the male, looking around a bit, more so in front of her so that she didn't run into anything.

Ryumi shrugged, noticing Mai smiling at him from the corner of his eye which made him smile slightly. He blinked as he noticed the rude man from a short time before walk around one woman as another guy bumped her and spun her around. He quickly fired a burst of pale bluish white light from his fingertips right as the guy who bumped her set his foot down, turning the man's smirk to a frown. "Not good enough," he said dryly as he noticed the other guy starting to run before he concentrated and fired off another burst that hit the guy square in the lower back, engulfing him in a momentary burst of mist as ice encased him. "Freeze, dickless," Yumi deadpanned before he he grabbed the man by the throat, not really noticing the ice shattering immediately at his touch before he slammed the man on his back while grabbing at his throat.

Mai watched, surprised by the actions that were suddenly taking place. She was glad that Yumi had gotten to the man, more so since he could do more in a sense of getting the point of "let's not be an a** today, alright?" easily than she ever could. She watched as he attacked the man, moving forward slowly as he went in to hold the man in question down.

Ryumi snorted. "Trying to use a bump-and-grab tactic... falls flat when someone actually pays attention to their surroundings," he said flatly. His fist lashed out, cracking with a thud into the man's jaw and leaving him senseless on the ground as a good sized pouch with the kanji for 'Yen' 円 rolled from his hand.

Mai chuckles a bit, walking over and looking at the pouch that dropped out of the man as Yumi punched him. From how loud it was as it landed, she could only assume that there was a decent amount in there, surprisingly. What are we gonna do with him now? We can't really just leave him, can we? She asks the male, looking over at him as she questions what to do.

Ryumi shrugged as he glanced up before seeing the potential victim. He scooped up the pouch and lobbed it gently towards her, noting her startled and grateful look. "Doubtless there are police, and this idiot... deserves whatever he gets, so yeah," he deadpanned as he stood. He clenched and unclenched his hand as ice formed over the broken skin on his knuckles and shattered, showing undamaged skin. Interesting, he mused.

Mai caught the pouch, her thoughts only furthering on "a decent amount of money" when she caught it, the weight being perfect as far as money goes. She nodded, looking up at the male as he said to, basically, just leave him. That works. She smiles, holding onto the pouch of money as she walked over. Are you alright, by the way? Looked like you suffered a bit during that fight. She tilted her head, a bit concerned for the male.

Ryumi shook his hand a little before he blinked, glancing just above his wrist where a kunai was stuck in his left forearm. "You can say that again," he said with a slight grimace; he was mildly curious why it didn't hurt beyond a dull ache. He gently gripped the kunai before tugging it out with a slightly wet sound. "Damn, that stings like hell," he muttered.

Mai's eyes widened a bit at the sight of the kunai in his wrist, cringing a bit at the sight of him taking it out. She shook off the sound and the image in which caused her to have said reaction, looking back at him. Ow... That doesn't look too good... She stated the obvious, looking down at the injury with worry. It didn't seem to be real deep, but it looked terrible from the distance she was at.
