"Dreams and love are things of the past." "Now the only thing I sleep with is my gun." Ariana "Primrose" Willow Leana When he explained the meaning of the name, she smiled happily. Good. At least it wasn't something horrible like demon-woman. She let out a little happy giggle, until they reached Ulrik and her face grew dark, as Ivan provoked Ulrik, by pressing his body into the gun. She breathed a sigh of relief when Ulrik didn't shoot him but she walked in between the two men anyways, her unease growing as Ivan continued to address Ulrik. She didn't understand much of what they were saying. She'd never been interested in war. As a celebrity she'd spent much of her money following peace, mostly helping out animal organizations.
She honestly did not expect the hit. When Ivan was hit over her head, and Ulrik moved around her to place his foot on the mans chest, Ariana dropped the pack she was holding for Ivan, crouched down, and drew the blade from her thigh, ready to spring on him. She was tense, though she kept herself calm by checking her breathe. Why were men so frustrating. Alpha males... Alpha males never got along, perhaps being stuck in wars made every man this way. When Ulrik turned to her, she took a timid step back. He was large...she did not want him facing her if she had to attack him. Nor did she want him attacking her. She knew she would not be able to take him on, however the Sentries that were probably zeroing in on him from the trees could. She gave Ulrik a frustrated look as he started to speak. When he was done, she stood up. "The past is the past Ulrik. Everything that happened, before The End.. Its all irrelevant." She called after him. But she did not go after him. A man like snow needed to thaw before he could be warmed. He knew where to find others now at least, and if he ever needed help they would always welcome him.
Couldn't they all just get along? When he walked away, she stood up, and while still keeping a wary eye on Ulrik she went to Ivan and knelt down by him. "You okay?" She asked him, looking at him a bit flabbergasted.

Выполнять только то, что нужно... бирюк The blow, not entirely surprising, was not as hard as Ivan was expecting. He knew that Ulrik could take his head of if the man so desired. A hit like that normally would have left him standing, but his knee gave way and he wound up on his back. Struck in the face and on his back were two conditions he'd rather not be in, but they were better than being dead. He suffered the foot on his chest and the words in his ears only because he was in no shape to fight at the moment, though his eyes did take in one or two places in that armor that looked perfect for a knife. He lay there, listening to Ulrik, watching him storm off. Then Ariana spoke, and her words resonated as much in him as she thought it would in the soldier.
"I'll live, though I was hoping to not have to wash this coat yet." he spoke half-jokingly as she knelt by him. He sat up, touching a finger to his lip. There was blood on it. He had not seen his own blood for some time, and it was a refreshing and sobering sight. He got back to his feet and pulled Ariana up with him, holding onto her for support. He looked around, surveying the area. Green, so much green. The trees were full and lush, the grass looked softer than any bed he had slept on in months. Among the trees, though, his eyes caught the subtle glint of steel, no doubt the muzzles of weapons. He counted half a dozen before turning his gaze back to the woman.
"So, introduce me to your friends, before I wind up with a few new holes, preferably." ...Доверяйте только когда это удобно OOC:

"Dreams and love are things of the past." "Now the only thing I sleep with is my gun." Ariana "Primrose" Willow Leana She smiled at him, and rolled her eyes when he jested about having to laundry, and as she watched him touch his lip, she couldn't help but think the blood on his lip looked pretty. A beautiful red. As he got up, and pulled her up with him, despite the fact that he was wounded and not her, and looked to the trees. She turned, and waved as one of the sentries stepped out of the shadows, and began to walked towards them. "Good to see your humor is still in tact." She said when Ivan suggested she introduce him to her friends, before he gained a few new holes. "You're with me, so ...they'd never shoot. Honestly I'm surprised they didn't fill Ulrik up though." The man had drawn closer now, and the tall black man grinned. He was clean, like Ariana, and his hair cropped short. "We did not feel like we had a good shot yet. You were in da way Ana." The man bent over and picked up the pack, putting it over his back like it was nothing to him. "I carry dis for you mon. I am Neil. Camp Doctor. " "He hurt his foot." Ariana said, worry creeping into her voice again. "We be takin care of dat girl, once we get into da trees." She nodded and smiled at Ivan. "This is Ivan. He talks pretty." She said, as if that was a proper introduction, and gave a little final nod. Niel let out a small laugh, and began to walk back towards the trees, carrying Ivan's pack.

Выполнять только то, что нужно... бирюк Ivan choked back a protest of letting the man take his bag. There were things in there he'd like to keep an eye on, but he trusted Ariana's judgement. And the doctor, Niel, was obviously Caribbean, and he'd heard nothing but the best of their generosity. He returned the man's toothy smile and laughed as Ariana introduced him.
"Well, thank you, заветный, but I wouldn't call Ruski a pretty language." He followed her lead into the trees, tracing after Niel. The grass felt good beneath his boots, the soft soles allowing him to feel every contour of the unpaved earth. This place was extraordinary. He'd heard of Central Park, but had no time to visit before everything started to burn. It was amazing that the beasts had not touched this place. So much life should have been fuel for them... His focus rushed back to the task at hand when his good leg slipped and he reflexively landed on the bad leg, his knee almost buckling. His hands shot out for support and he found himself almost hugging Ariana. He looked at her in surprise before getting his leg back under him and standing again, hands by his side and hot blood in his face. ...Доверяйте только когда это удобно OOC:

"Dreams and love are things of the past." "Now the only thing I sleep with is my gun." Ariana "Primrose" Willow Leana She was smiling around. Good to be home. She sometimes was afraid that this park, small in comparison to the rest of the world, was the only beautiful thing left. "I think its pretty. It's rough on the ears, but pretty. And your English sounds pretty too, because of your accent." She said, oblivious. She'd always been blunt, and honest about things her opinion. She had always had the impression that people should be that way. When he slipped, she turned to help him, but he caught himself on her, his arms wrapping around her slender frame out of reaction. She steadied him, and when he looked at her, he looked...surprised. She let out a little girly laugh.
"Careful Clutzy monkey." She said.. "Easy goes it. You're probably not used to it. The dew from the mornings on the grass makes it some what slippery." She said as he righted himself, awkwardly edging away from her. "If you need to lean on me for support, I don't mind." she told him, laughing. Alpha male. He would do no such thing, she knew. They were almost to the trees now, and more people came out of the shadows, staring at Ivan curiously, some of them greeting Ariana. When Ariana caught people staring, she coughed to hide a small laugh, then cleared her throat.
"Don't you NOSEY people have chores to do? You can meet him at dinner!" She declared loudly, glaring at ones who were staring. Most of them only laughed at her, and turned and headed back towards the camp, all but a group of young ones. A little girl with brown hair and blue eyes, about three years old came rushing out, squealing, a boy with curls following her shortly after, brown hair and brown eyes. Ariana's expression visibly brighten and she dropped to her knees and the two ran into her arms.
"Aunty Ana! You didn't come back!" "Aunnie Anna!" the little girl squealed over her 8 year old brother, and she gave them both a kiss on the forehead. "I know! I know! I'm sorry!" She said happily. "Ivan, this is my nephew Sage, my niece Faith." Though she'd been chemically altered to grow pink hair, and have purple eyes, their young faces looked similar to hers. The shape of the lips, the shape of the eye. She ruffled their hair. "This is Ivan." "Hello..." the little boy said shyly, looking up, clinging to his Aunt. "Hewwo! My name is Faith. Did you fight monsters too?" The little girl was exuberant, outgoing, and she turned to Ivan with no problems. Ariana giggled, and poked the three year old girl. "Hey. Let him rest." She said in a stern voice, and the little girl giggled, but stayed quiet while Ariana got up. She pointed to the path to the right of them. They were near the trees now, and Ariana was wary of Ivan's ankle. "We kind of stay in the middle of the park. Its still a bit of a ways, but the path will make it easier for you while you're hurt." She told him. Sage grabbed Faith's hand, and began to follow their aunt to the path. "Why are you guys near the edge?" She suddenly asked sharply, and Sage looked up, his cheeks flushing guiltily.
"Jason ran, and told everyone you were coming home. So...we ran away from Maria." Ariana purse her lips at him, and the boy looked away, but she rolled her eyes and shrugged, grinning. She couldn't exactly be mad at them for being like her, now could she?

Выполнять только то, что нужно... бирюк Ivan walked with her, his leg starting to actually cooperate with the forced demand he placed upon it. He heeded Ariana's offer to be a crutch and he placed a hand on her shoulder, firm but gentle. His eyes widened in awe as he saw just how many people were present in this place. She had been busy the past few years, much as he had not. His eyes grew even wider when he saw the children. His mind rushed back to the children in Pripyat, those young faces so full of life and hope... He shook his head clear and met their eyes again, a smile pulling his lips back from his teeth, something that had not happened in years. He stooped down to be at their level as they introduced themselves.
"Hello." he spoke to the boy, Sage first, but did not press as the child hid behind Ariana. Ivan would let him come out in his own time. He then turned to Faith, "Hello, любимый! My name is Ivan. I don't fight monsters, really, but I know how to handle one if it shows up!" He laughed and fished in his pocket, pulling out one of the small copper disks. He gave it to the girl and stood again, he gaze turning back to Sage. "There's one for you, too, if you want it. They're from somewhere far away, and they are a symbol of bravery. You and your sister are very brave for living here." His eyes moved back up to meet Ariana's, his smile softening a bit. "Very brave indeed..."
He walked with the three of them, a feeling of contentment coming over him. In this place, it gave the illusion that nothing bad had ever happened, that the world was whole. His feet were steady now on the well-worn path, but the softer ground still felt strange to him. If his leg healed up any time soon, he'd have to go for a run, climb the trees even, since he assumed they'd feel much different than the buildings and lamp posts of the concrete jungle. He chuckled lightly at Ariana's exchange with her nephew. They were very obviously related, beyond the physical likenesses. They neared the tent village and the sights and smells of life almost overwhelmed him. He smelled meat on a fire, and his mouth immediately began to water. ...Доверяйте только когда это удобно OOC:

"Dreams and love are things of the past." "Now the only thing I sleep with is my gun." Ariana "Primrose" Willow Leana She was surprised when he actually leaned on her, and she gave him a happy smile. She raised her eyebrow when she noticed he was good with kids. Weird. Unexpected. The little girl took the copper disk, and Sage had stepped up curiously. They had smiled, and thanked Ivan - it was evident the children were taught manners. She was quiet, and her cheeks burned hot and pink for some reason, when he looked at her, his voice soft. "Very brave indeed..." She looked away, smiling when he said this. listening to the sounds of the camp above. The kids chased each other around them as they walked, hiding behind trees and such, playing with the disks Ivan had given them. They were giggling happily. When Faith tripped over the root, Ivan would have felt Ariana's body tense, but her face was set, and she watched with intense purple eyes as the girl got up, and giggled about it, shoving her brother who was fussing over her away. "Your it!" She squealed, hobbling away. It was obvious the eight year old boy was holding back, and when the girl had gotten up and laughed, Ariana's body relaxed. Turning to Ivan as they walked. "What are the disks? And what did you call her, in Ruski..was it?" She said, nodding in Faith's direction. "And what have you been doing these past three years? Have you always been alone?" She asked, finally letting her curiosity of him get the better of her. As the camp approached within view, a very worried Mexican woman ran through the trees, scolding Sage and Faith in Spanish. The children looked abashed. "Maria, los niños estaban conmigo. Donde esta Neil?" She called out, and the middle aged woman looked up, and gave a warm gentle smile. "La espera en el campo para usted, de modo que el forastero pueda decirnos donde él quiere sus cosas." she replied, taking the children by the hand as they tried to show her the disks they received. Ariana turned her attention back to Ivan as she continued to lead him, slow enough for his foot into the camp. Translations: Maria, los niños estaban conmigo. Выполнять только то, что нужно... бирюк Ivan watched as the children running around, delighting in their joy. It had been so long since he'd heard laughter. When Faith tripped, Ariana's body grew tense beneath his hand, her muscles drawing tight. Maternal instinct. But when the girl emerged form her tumble unscathed and energetic, Ariana relaxed, and he found himself relaxing too, though he had not been aware of tensing up. He laughed as she suddenly assaulted him with questions, releasing what was obviously a much pent-up tide of curiosity.
""любимый? It simply means Little One. The disks were given to me by a child a long time ago as a token of thanks. It only felt right they return to a more fitting owner." He met her eyes, his honesty meeting her questing gaze. "As far as what I've been doing, to put it simply, I've been surviving. And you heard Ulrik. I did not earn my title by being sociable." His gaze followed hers when she turned her attention to an elderly woman, Maria, apparently. "Por favor, ponerlos donde mejor le parezca." Ivan felt Ariana's eyes on him again as they entered the camp's perimeter, and met her gaze. He noticed for the first time just how absolute the purple in her eyes was. It reminded him of twilight, probably his favorite time, when the sun had left the sky, but traces of light still made shadows of the world before stars broke through the veil. ...Доверяйте только когда это удобно OOC:

"Dreams and love are things of the past." "Now the only thing I sleep with is my gun." Ariana "Primrose" Willow Leana Ariana listened to his responses to her questions. He was an interesting man, but she worried the camp would over whelm him. If he was not sociable then wouldn't having people around him be uncomfortable. Why did Ulrik say he was a traitor...? A lone wolf she could understand, but...traitor? She was curious as to what happened - but she was hesitant to ask. Whatever had happened before the world exploded, The End...it was irrelevant to today's life. Asking would only probably bring out painful memories for him, and his answers..they may make her doubt him. She already had enough worry, dealing with her family...her very large obnoxious family that was the camp of people. She didn't want to sit there and doubt if she'd brought someone to them that would hurt them all in her sleep. So she pushed it from her mind. No. Whatever happened before the end...it was over. And done.
When he spoke to Maria, her eyebrows raising. He knew Spanish too? She was beginning to like this person more, and he was proving to be extremely interesting. She wanted to ask him more questions, such as where did he learn Spanish, and what other languages he knew, but they reached the camp now, and she let him to the center, where Neil was sitting on the bench, Neils pack safely tucked under his legs, tending to a teenage girls fingers that seemed to be blistering. Ana frowned as she lead him to one of the wooden benches that had been made for seats around the fire. "What happened?" "It be nuttin much..." Neil started but the girl cheerfully interrupted him. "Me and my bow are not getting along. He thinks my fingers are to soft, but I like them the way they are. So he's decided to blister them during practice." She responded. "Ana... Wow, you brought home eye candy." At this Ariana's cheeks flushed, and jolted further away from Ivan, glaring at Michelle. "I'll blister more then your fingers, girl." She snapped, and Michelle laughed. "She's fun to tease, you'll soon find out." Michelle said, ignoring Ariana and looking at Ivan when she spoke. "You be careful child, Ana gonna bend your leg over your head and put your own foot in you mouth." Neil interrupted, and thumping the girl on the back the head gently as he finished up with her hands. "Now go help wit supper, trouble maker. Or I will sic Maria on you." Michelle's face paled at the thought and she stood up in a hurry.. "Sorry Ana!" She yelled as she ran away, but Ariana simply glared after her. Neil was openly chuckling as he walked over. "Let us see ya foot mon. Ana, maybe you can gather some boys, and have dem set up a tent for him." Ariana blinked, her face softening, then she smiled brightly. "Yes! Will you be needing a tent Ivan, or did you happen to bring one in that bag of doom of yours?" She asked, her voice perfectly cheerful.

Выполнять только то, что нужно... бирюк Ivan followed her through the camp, finding more and more to take his mind off of the outside world. People were cooking, working, playing and laughing. It was as if he was led through a portal into another world. Ariana pulled him toward a fire where the doctor was tending to a patient. His mind wandered as he looked around him, trying to learn as much as he could about this place, but his ears caught snippets of conversation. A bow, practice... candy? Ariana seemed to flinch away from his side, and his attention snapped back, looking at the girl on the bench as she talked about teasing the woman. Ivan wasn't much one for teasing, especially with other adults, but he remembered her words for possible future use. He looked at his companion and saw the red on her cheek, having to hide a small grin. He sat down in front of the doctor and offered his leg. Niel slowly unfastened the belts of his boot and pant leg, hands steady with much experience.
"Aye, dis don be lookin good, mon. You's gonna hafta rest dis ting for at least a couple o' days." Ivan choked down a curse as he saw his leg. It was swollen from his ankle to his knee, an angry red mark on the outside of the joint. He had been stupid, trying to show off like that. And now he was useless. Looking around though, he had to admit there were worse places to be injured and immobile. He looked at those around them, his eyes coming to rest on Ariana as she spoke.
"Three years with a cement roof, I never thought to find a tent. But I would like to have my cot. I've grown used to it." he gestured down at his leg, "and obviously I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. You wouldn't happen to have a place I could soak this, would you?" ...Доверяйте только когда это удобно OOC:

"Dreams and love are things of the past." "Now the only thing I sleep with is my gun." Ariana "Primrose" Willow Leana She smiled and nodded at him. Of course. He'd been living in the city. Why WOULD he use a tent? It was good that she was already prepared. They had spares in the storage tent, along with blankets and other things. Him using his own cot, that was fine with her - she wasn't sure how many air mattresses they had left anyways. She nodded at his question. "Yes. We do. I'll go get some water and heat it for you. Let me...get them started on your living space first." two younger boys were sitting at the base of a tent nearby. She walked to them and smiled. "Hey Robert, Fernando. Mind doing me a favor?" "you just got home and you're already putting us to work?" The dark haired olive skinned boy asked, grinning. "Thats what we leader ship figures are for. Please?" she said, rolling her eyes and laughing. "Sure Ana, whats up?" "Go get a two person tent from the storage and set it up for me? Our new guy is hurt, so he can't do it himself at the moment. Place it near mine so I can get to him easily if he should need anything while he's on bed rest. He doesn't need a mattress but he will need a sleeping bag and blankets, and a few pillows." "Oh. Just setting up a tent? That's not a favor." Robert said standing up, and Fernando chuckled. "Speak for yourself." the teenager winked at Ariana before they took off. She walked back to the fire and grabbed the big metal pot off to the side. It was large, and it had a handle that could hang over a spit fire. "I'll be back!" She called to Neil and Ivan before turning and running off to the east, towards the Lake. It would take her about 8 minutes to get there at a run. Not that she minded, or that it was a problem.
She was lost in her thoughts as she ran, thinking about Ivan, and Ulrik, about her interesting night. Honestly, she hoped Ulrik would be okay - but it had been three years since the end. If the man wasn't dead by now, he probably wasn't going to die any time soon. And Ivan proved to be good company. Again, so many questions. She was always curious about the new comers, but...after so long of not finding anyone, she had to begun to think that there was no one left the city, that everyone had been found. Now she KNEW one more person was out there, and she had a nagging feeling there could be more. She began to plan the new few weeks scouting and supply runs silently. She'd have to go over it with the scouts and runners,, this time, with changes. Keep an eye out for Ulrik - and be cautious of him. He was human-aggressive. She blinked when she realized she'd just put a label on it, as a dog groomer would label a dog who did not get along with other dogs 'dog-aggressive.' She groaned. The apocalypse was not proving to be very good for her thoughts on human behaviors. She reached the lake, and stopped, her heart rate was accelerated but her breathing she had regulated. she'd built up quite a bit of stamina since the end, always running, carrying the children as she did.
Kneeling down she filled the pot half way up, her thoughts now wondering to her sister... She went slower on her way back, thinking about the twin she'd lost, and the children she now took care of, and the real reason she kept searching...especially on the upper east side. She was hoping to find the children's father - Derek. She knew the odds of him being alive were so slim..next to nothing. But if she could get the children this far, herself, help all these people...was there still hope for him? Was there still hope that the children were not orphans after all? She hadn't known the man very well, and she felt no strong love for him. But if he was out there some where..she'd find him. It took her 10 more minutes to get back to Ivan and Neil, and she stayed quiet as she approached in case they were having a conversation. She hung the water over the fire, to let it begin to take the chill away from the water.

In the Emporer's name; Than that of the 9th Primarch... Let...none...survive... damn it he thought I was sloppy, I shouldent have been cought. Im sorry master I have failed you. he thought as he looked down. hir armor broken and a hige gaping hole in his side gushing blood. is advanced fisioligy unable to cope with the wound. then his helmit feed staticked up breaking his train of thought. F*cking lictors he thought as he stumbled on. he has been walking from the transaction at the gates he had tryed to be stelthy NO he HAD been stelthy but they had been better. the brood of lictors had been waiting watching pasible drawn by the falling building they had waited and watched 3 of them quieter than Ulrik coule ever have been when the first one struk ulrik had been lost in thought careless even. it had struck him in the head with a mantis arm. only the face he was in his warplate saved his life knocking him thrue a wall ulik knew he needed to run. thats when the second one hit. thrue a hole in the ceiling it fell on him striking over and over bending and cuting warplate untill ulrik started fighting back firing with his masterkey at point blank range he killed it but it layed on him. partialy pinning him under its bulk. intill the last one the largest of the group knocked it away riping right thrue Ulriks batterd plate and taking a hige chunk from his side. Ulrik yelled and emptyed the last of his masterkey into the creature or so he thought how did the outher one get here. the smaller of the lictors fell away taking all of the shots for the larger one. no thats imposable?! ulrik thought as it started to stab him over and over untill he grabed the arm and was thrown into the secomd floor. Ulrik knew he would not last long versus this creature so he wen to his only fallback he ran. Sprinting thrue the second floor wall he fell to the ground. landing hard he knew something was broken and startted to run/hobble to the gates. the creatures dont like it here he would be safe to heal then leave the lictor hoped out landing lightly behind him and batted Ulrik sending him flying twards the gated then as it started walking twards him it stoped. just standing there it looked around then started running into the debris of the city once more. ulrik stood and walked. back to the present we cant afford to be cougt again he thought as his vision started to blur this is where it ends he thought as he fell to the ground outside the gates right where he had knocked down Ivan how fitting he thought as the darkness of unconshesness embraced him

Выполнять только то, что нужно... бирюк Ivan listened to Arianna talk to the boys, a hot flush coming to his cheeks when she instructed them to set his tent near hers. It'd been so long since he'd been around women, being so close now felt almost alien. But, again, he conceded to her judgement. He watched as she left in a light run, eyes following her pink hair as it faded into the shadows of the trees. When she was out of sight, he turned back to the doctor, who was flashing him a very toothy grin.
"What?" Ivan winced a bit as Niel pulled the fabric of Ivan's pant leg tight around his thigh.
"I see da way you lookin at 'er, mon. Don tink you can hide from old Niel." The man laughed heartily as he rubbed an oil into Ivan's leg."And de ting is, I tink she be lookin' back, mon."
"Что? Нет, нет пути. I... I mean no, that's not right." Ivan was in sheer disbelief. There was no way she would, he would. They'd only just met! "You're crazy, doctor."
"Aye, dat I am, mon! As crazy as a shark wit no teet! I just be pullin' ya leg. A little newcomer joke, right?" Niel continued to examine his foot, the doctor's hands swift but gentle. "But, from guy t'guy, she do be needin a good mon. Runnin dis camp is hard on her, me tinks. But you, you can't be dat guy. Not until you heals up at least!"
"Well, if this leg doesn't heal up fast, I'm not going to be much of anything for long." Ivan sighed both in relief and defeat as Niel finished the examination. It was a sprain, but it was already healing, and if left to its own devices, should heal in two or three days, but no sooner. Ivan let his gaze wander around the camp again, taking in the sights. He stared at the fire, mesmerized, his mind blank, until movement caught his attention. It was Arianna, carrying a large pot of water. He stared again, mesmerized by the way the firelight made her eyes dance. He didn't notice as Niel beckoned her over and slipped away. All he caught was a wisp of the doctor's words.

"Dreams and love are things of the past." "Now the only thing I sleep with is my gun." Ariana "Primrose" Willow Leana She double checked the stand of the spit, to make sure it was upright, then came as Neil beckoned her over, but frowned as he slipped away before she actually got there. Shrugging, she turned to Ivan and smiled brightly, beaming at him. "So whats the damage?" She asked him, then frowned as the sound of laughter, and clacking could be heard behind him. "Hold that thought." Vaulting over the bench she jogged a little to the left, peeking behind a three person black tent. The boys...who were supposed to be setting up Ivan's tent, were playing swords with the tent poles, the tent barely half way up. "OI!" She thundered, and the boys turned and looked at abashed. "You guys want to play on my time?" She growled. "That man needs a tent up. NOW! He's hurt. I will be sure to tell Master Cheng that you want to pretend you are him during work hours. Get moving. NOW!" She ordered, and the boys scrambled to work, grinning at each other sheepishly. She went back to Ivan, rolling her eyes. "They think I'm kidding about telling Cheng..." she grumbled. She checked the water. Not quite hot enough she sat down next to him to wait, and smiled at him, then leaned over him and looked at his foot. "Looks painful Klutzy Monkey." she said playfully. "What did Neil say?" She asked. Off in the distance, she heard frantic whistles, and her face darkened and she closed her eyes. Sentries. The sentries were doing an SOS call. She turned, Neil, the poor man had JUST sat down on a straw matt next to his tent. He reached over and grabbed his medicine bag, and rushed off with a few men, Brutes by the looked of things. They would send a runner to her soon, she knew, to report what ever was going on. She opened her purple eyes, and looked at Ivan, for now pushing the worry away, unaware of how serious the SOS was, waiting for his answer. At the gates.... two Sentries ran to Ulrik. Checking him over, to see if he was alive, they whistled out the SOS call. Placing their large guns on their back holsters, they worked together to life the heavy man, grunting, into the treeline, the small wiry boy they had stationed with them all day, turning and heading back towards the camp. it was but a few minutes before Neil and his guards came. Crouching down by Ulrik he cursed. "Get dis ting off him mon! I canna treat a mon covered in metal!" he ordered, and the Sentries began to figure out how the suit was assembled. It was frustratingly slow, but they managed to get the helmet off, and at least chest plates. "Good nuff!" Neil barked and they backed away. Checking the wounds, he clucked his tongue. "I'm gonna needa do some sewing. Help me wit dis mon. Send another runner for a stretcher." he ordered, reaching into his medical bag and bringing out some towels, putting pressure into the side where the wound was worst, bleeding... as the second runner was dispatched.
