Unfortunately, Aden isn't able to discern just exactly what this thing is. "Whatever it is, it's on its own. We outnumber it. This'll be cake." Moving just close enough to benefit from Point Blank Shot, Aden draws his shortbow, knocks it with an arrow, and lets it fly.
+1 Shortbow: 6+7=13

Aggre moved forward, past his crew mate to get up close and personal - right where he worked best. His shield moved like lightning; out, and back close to his body in a moments notice.

The shield cracks into the crystalline creature, but it doesn't seem to have done as much damage as Aggre expected in his encounters with living opponents.

Sable slips forward, shadows wrapping her form as she moves. She slides out her short sword and focuses on the creature, her eyes narrowing in concentration.
{Sable moves at least 10 feet to activate her Child of Shadow stances, and then hits the creature with an Insightful Strike. +9 to hit.}

Sable's sword strikes, doing appreciable damage to the creature, her sword raking against its crystalline form, sending an icy spray into the room and across her face. It's cold to the touch, but just small shavings of ice and frost.

Veliosia sighs softly, shaking his head, "Why is it that things dead never come to fight us? Then I could really do something," he says, taking a breath before casting his spell, a ghostly hand appearing near him.
Standard Action: Spectral Hand - lose 1d4 hp to create a ghost hand with that much hp. It can deliver touch range spells inplace of user. 5 min duration.

One icy fist narrowly misses Sable, but the second hits home, smashing down into the small of her back and knocking the wind from her. {1d6+3+1d6 cold = 11 damage, total}

((I believe Aden's next, so here I go.))
Skirting around to the side so he's not firing into his comrade's backs, Aden draws another arrow and takes aim at the creature, before letting the arrow fly.
+7 with Point Blank Shot
but -4 for firing into Melee
so +3 total
