The she wolf laid her ears flat against her head, snarling at the snake as she stepped backwards. All in all it wasn't hard to convince herself to do so. Her wolf side had no interest in ending up like the hound had, and her human side didn't want to hurt Willow, unless absolutely necessary. And the only way Cyra knew of to handle a snake without involving magic or killing it required her to be in human form, something she didn't really want to do with how vulnerable it would make her. So continue to edge backwards she did, her tail, and then her feet stepping into the deep pool of shadow cast by one of the buildings.

As the she-wolf edged backward, the snake advanced. Her sable scales glimmered blindingly in the afternoon sun, rippling like a pool of icy water as she swerved and twisted in the gravel. Letting out another hiss, the snake lunged forward as it had done before, landing only a few feet away from the cornered wolf.
From its place in the gravel, the snake rose, balancing on its own coils. She opened her mouth, revealing the venomous fangs once more; preparing for the final blow.

Cyra's eyes flashed and she took the final step back into the shadow, never letting the snake leave her sight. As it rose up, Cyra sidestepped into the shadows, seeming to vanish as if she had never actually been there. The she wolf didn't reappear just yet, slipping through the shadows in that state of not really being here or there. It was an odd state to be in for anything more than a few seconds, but from her view of the world, oddly tinted and shadows, she could drift behind the snake. Glancing back at the girl who had caused this mess Cyra tensed. This was going to go against her instinct to stay in her far more formidable wolf form, but she needed her hands. Lunging forward the wolf shifted, appearing out of the shadows as seemlessly as she had vanished. Even before the change was complete Cyra caught her just below the head where it wouldn't be able to turn on her or get away with thumb and other two fingers, her first and middle sitting on the snakes head, holding it.

The snake thrust its head sideways, but was unable to free itself from Cyra's grip. It hissed angrily, leaking black venom onto the ground, where it began to eat away at the ground. In an act of desperation, it wrapped the rest of its long body around cyra's torso, and started to pull itself tighter.

Cyra's expression went hard, her eyes turning gold yellow, "Willow, Snap out of it." She drew in as much breath as she could, wincing as the snake wound tighter, "Snap out of it!" The wolf inside was snarling, demanding that Cyra give it reign to eliminate the threat. Both sides knew that if the snake wound any tighter, Cyra wasn't going to be able to hold herself back.

Feeling Cyra's grip loosen, the snake took her chance and wriggled free from the woman's grasp. It uncoiled itself from Cyra and landed back on the ground with a dull thud, where it slithered forward, and turned around to strike again.

"I don't think so" Suika states as she grabbed the snake with both hands on securely on the neck to prevent it from bitting and another on the tail to prevent it from wrapping around anything Suika's strength made it impossible for the snake to move

The snake struggled and writhed, until finally it went limp in Suika's arms; it now seemed no more than a sack of skin and bones.

The snake stayed limp in Suika's arms; not even a breath seemed to escape from its foul lungs. Black venom still dripped steadily from is open maw.

Suika had done exactly as the snake had planned; seizing her chance as she fell to the ground, the snake slid forward again. She was too fast this time for anyone to catch her. Once again, she swerved around, but this time tasted the air with her tongue. These two were uninteresting; she had a new target.
The snake slid quickly forward, towards her new opponent: The girl with the uncanny red eyes.

Rumia had drained alot of blood from Suwako as she was ready to eat her, she stopped and notice the the snake "does snake want to play?" Rumia asked as thousands of black frogs formed out the shadows, "now how does her attack go, ah yes Kero Kero Brigade- Suddenly the army of frogs began to hop and leap at the snake each would land and stomp on the snake with the number of frogs the snake would be easily crushed

Maybe it was just an odd reflection of the sun on her black scales, but as the frogs charged forward, the snake seemed to smirk. She lunged forward, doging them easily. As they piled around her, she began to sink her fangs into them one by one. This was more that just biting, however; this was a stradegy. As the frogs began to melt away, the black vapor they poured off hid the snake safely as she prepaired to attack again.
