Willow did not accept his hand, seeing as she was far too embarrassed. "T-there...bah!" she sputtered and jumped toward the window, searching for whatever she had seen before. But those red orbs that she had seen before were gone.
She slammed her fist against the wall, causing blood to blossom on her knuckles. "There was something out there! I swear!"

Willow nodded angrily, and hid her wrist behind her back. She took a breath to steady herself as she sank into a dearby chair, trying desperately to wipe the blood away without anyone noticing.

His eyes twitched slightly at the sight of blood. He had not seen it or smelled it since he awoke but his hunger was the least of his worries right now.
"What have you seen?" he asked as he withdrew both his weapons and put the stool but where it was originally.
He was going to stand now. Something was going on and he didn't like it, most importantly, he didn't like it that so many people were in danger in such a small place.
He took a small red vial from his satchel and downed the liquid inside. Invigorated, his green eyes intensified in color and his skin seemed emanate an aura around him although it could not be seen by naked eye alone.
He looked to the window and looked back to Willow.
"What do you know of the history? You were the only one already here when everyone arrived, you must know something!"

"don't force her, she just took a pretty big scare" suwako said to barth "if you can tell us anything helpful it would help but don't strain yourself" she replied calmly to willow

"If she doesn't tell us, we'll be in greater danger!" he barked.
"I'm all for patience and tact but it means nothing if we're all dead."

Willow gripped her hair tightly and bit her lower lip. "I don't know!" she pouted, and kneaded her fists against her skull in frustration. "All I remember is that when I was about fifteen everyone dissappeared except me. I don't know anything other than that. I'm sorry..." With a sigh, Willow slumped against the table, seeming to fall asleep, though she was actually just resting her eyes.
"What I saw just now..." she whispered quietly, "looked like eyes. Staring right back at me."

His breathing steadied a bit, things were going somewhere now.
"Okay, eyes, what lives around here? Any kind of wildlife in plentiful quantity or what?"

"Well, that depends on the creature's strength for one. We can't fortify the windows without putting something sturdy over them and I'd rather not tear this place apart if it's something easily manageable."
He looked to Willow.
"It's your Inn, what should we do?"

Willow looked up at the ceiling while massaging her wrist gently as she though. I was obvious that she was becoming calmer as she spoke. "I don't know much about the local fauna, but there were rumors about a monster that roams these parts. People say that it stole small children and hid them underground as a kind of food storage. But who would believe that? They were just old stories that people passed around for fun..." Willow ran her hand through her hair again anxiously. She couldn't help but glance at the window once again, but nothing was there.

"Yes, well, vampires were also a myth in my time, and look at me." He motioned to himself, waving his arms up and down to showcase himself.
"We need to leave nothing to chance. Do you know any more of this legend?"

"There's nothing more to it," Willow replied blankly, "I'm pretty sure it was made up and then passed along. Rumors. But one can't help but wonder..." Willow stood up suddenly, and began to pace the lobby. She picked up the chair that she had tripped over and put it in its rightful place. Cleaning helped her think.
Suddenly, she stopped and turned around. With a shameful shake of her head, she said, "I might want to rethink that force charm or whatever it was you tried to give me earlier. Just for now, until we can figure out anything else to do..."

Cyra pulled out one of the chairs, calmly sitting down, although her eyes were weary, "Not a whole lot to go on, do you know if anyone has ever seen this creature? And if I may ask, what exactly does this force charm do?"
