Winry After what seemed like hours had passed, Winry just stopped crying... It was as though she couldn't any longer... She was cried out... She stood and went into her private bathroom, washing her face free of all the hints of tears before she went downstairs. She looked over her workbench and gave a brisk nod, deciding she would just work it out, there was plenty to do left for her mechanically inclined self, and her customers would be thrilled with the early finish.
Hours later she wiped her hands and waved as the last customer left her home, their products in their hands... She smiled and went back inside, ignoring the lump of grief in her stomach as she cleaned up her workbench, nothing was left on it, except one item that the customer would be picking up tomorrow... She sighed when the cleaning was done and decided to make dinner for herself and her dog.

Winry Winry was elbow deep on one arm in batter for chicken fried steak and sighed as the phone rang, dropping a piece of steak to the dog, she grabbed the phone with her free hand and held it between her cheek and shoulder "Winry's Repair Shop, we handle your automail without the high prices, how may I help you today?" it was her standard greeting since she'd started doing so many repairs on automail and such, and she automatically smiled as she spoke

"hey.......winry..." he said over the phone, making sure to keep the phone away from his ear in case she yelled.

Winry Winry's smile faded in a split second as she heard Ed's voice "What do you want Ed? Calling to apologize for making a girl feel absolutely incredible and then diving out of a damned window?"

Winry Winry sighed and wiped off her hands, leaning against the counter "Edward, you kissed me, made me feel cherished, and so many more things, and you, JUMP, out of my second story window...." she sighed "How am I supposed to react to that? I mean really Ed, you just bolted on me.. No warning, nothing..."

Winry Winry sighed growled softly, the sound not even audible over the phone "Don't be difficult Ed, you know I don't lie, and why would I lie about something like that?"

Ed went silent and the phone hung up, a few minuets later ed burst on winrys house and dashed to her, kissing her deeply.

Winry Winry slammed the phone down on it's receiver as the line went dead, and went back to making her and the dog's dinner, grumbling to herself about idiotic boys... She jumped as the door slammed against the wall and gasped as Ed was suddenly against her body, his lips pressed to hers... She gasped and kissed him back for a moment before she pushed him away "Ed, what?" Winry's vocabulary failed her as she tried to figure out what had caused his sudden appearance

Ed held her down and kissed her before looking into her eyes and placed his forehead on hers "i love you" he muttered

Winry Winry blinked, her eyes filling with tears as she heard Ed's soft words, she bit her bottom lip, fighting to speak a couple of times before she responded "I love you too."
