[Serpentfang smiled and purred with joy at the sight of Wavepelt and Smokekit being reunited at last. the scene reminded her of her family and made her alittle homesick. she frowned when she heard Smokekit's sad story though. She couldn't imagine seeing her family torn apart in front of her eyes. it pained her just to think about it. shyly she approached at two and gave Smokekit a sweet, welcoming smile.] "Hello there Smokit. Serpentfang is pleased to finally meet you."

He saw her tail and instantly crouched down. Wavepelt smiled "yeah this is Serpentfang a really good friend of mi-". Smokekit jumped and landed on Serpent's tail "hah!". [Serpentfang flinched when Smoke lunged at her tail. she let out a joyed purr at his playfulness and flicked her tail inches out of his way. it flicked and fluttered back an forth. she laughed joyously, enjoying the blissful atmosphere.] "hehe you will have to do better than that to catch Serpentfang's tail. it's a tricky one you know~"

He started bouncing from left to right stin in his crouch, trying to catch it. He leaped and jumped over Serpent's tail and fell, he got to his paws and spit out a blade of grass. Wavepelt purred loudly and suddenly Smoke had a mischevious grin. He jumped right at Serpent "I'll just get you instead!"_____________________________________". . .Not with a bang but a whimper"

[She let out a laugh at the kit's cleverness and tried to get up and move out of the way but felt Smokekit's fuzzy little body bump up against her as he "caught" her. She fell on her side and played dead.] "Cure you and your superb hunting skills. You may have caught Serpentfang this time but she assures you, she will escape next time!" [She said with an equally mischievous grin., but still trying not to bare her long front fangs]

"I have brought down this mighty cat!" He laughed and looked at her, and saw her long fangs. He gasped and jumped off her to get a better look at her long fangs. "Whoa, your teeth, they looks so cool!" [She let out a shy gasp when he pointed out her fangs. Ever since she was a kit the domestic breads of stray cats at the bottom of the mountain would taunt her because of them. it made her happy to hear that Smokekit found them impressive. she smiled meekly at the kit, looking down at him smiling sweetly.] "thank you Smokekit. that means alot to Serpentfang..." [She smiled over to Wavepelt as well. in the short time that she had meet his brother she was already feeling attached to the kit, almost as attached as she felt to Wavepelt.]

Smokekit caught a different scent and frowned, but gave a sigh of relief when he realized it wasn't Broken. Wavepelt frowned "what was that about Smoke?" Smoke looked at Wavepelt "oh, I thought that scent was that mean cat." Wavepelt frowned "what mean cat" Smoke thought for a moment. "It was a black cat with red eyes and he attacked me, then fought off foxes just so he could try to hurt me again. "Broken?!" [Serpentfang almost yelled. Bluemoon's friend?] Serpentfang didnt think she went around attacking kittens. Is this the bloodclan behavior Galestar warned Serpentfang about? She would have never guessed... [She thought to herself, letting all sorts of possibilitys swirl around in her mind. She shook her head, knowing she shouldn't make any hasty decisions without actually knowing for sure.] "Are you sure that cat's name was Broken?"

He ran behind Wavepelt and peeked over his brother at the other cat. "U-u-u-um, yeah, the cat's name was Broken. I'm absolutely sure of that" he looked at Wavepelt and whispered to him. "Brother I'm a little scared of her" Wavepelt sighed. "It's okay Smokekit, she's just worried because that's a good friend of ours." She looked at him with sad eyes, she then smiled trying to reassure the kit.] "Serpentfang is sorry, she did not mean to frighten you." [She looked up at the mention of Dicefoot. She then looked down at her paws.] he is right. Serpentfang trusted her and then she did the one thing Serpenfang could not forgive... attack her clan. But Broken would do that right? maybe Serpentfang is too trusting...
