That's absurd. Go to an anime con, you'll find anything a lot cheaper there. I got Advent Children before it was even released in the states for ten dollars, when it came to stores I believe it was about thirty. Nice prices...especially if you wear a costume that's a little risque wink

Yes, well, the military will do that to you. I haven't gone since I was in HS, though, much for the same reason. In HS, I had the time. Not anymore.

Metal has been my life since I was a kid, and well in high school, I went to every concert I possibly could. A con was in town, all my friends went to it, I was at a concert. Just the way things always played out.

I used to go to concerts a lot too, but that was because I was always dating the guys in the band. Senior year I started going to shows that weren't local. sweatdrop I stopped going to local shows altogether after that. I only went to a few anime cons, but I still made time for them. Would have rather been there than at a concert, but cons out in Chicago aren't as fun as in WI, and I didn't always have the money to get out to WI.
