*sigh* Disney doesn't have power over all of Marvel just yet. The contracts for the movies are with other companies, and those won't expire for at least another like 5 years or so. After that, it'll be up to Disney whether or not they want to renew those contracts or whatever and to be honest I don't see Disney getting all Nazi with the movies since I'm sure they bring in a considerable amount of money and Disney won't want to screw with that.

The original and most widely known Catwoman, Selina Kyle, first appears in Batman #1 (Spring 1940).

I doubt Disney will destroy 70 year old characters =3
