Zero watched the man wait near the river and quickly grew bored. He went into the forest to train, sparring with his own shadow while his attunment with shadows kept track of the man who continued to wait.

Renais waited hours for the sun to set, spending the passing time channeling his powers. As the final rays of light fell below the horizon, Renais stood and looked toward the Menhir mountains, just barely visible in the distance. Renais whistled once then again in a slightly different pitch, repeating the process and forming a seemingly tuneless rhythm. A moment passed, then a roar echoed across the land, birds leaving their young in their nests and fleeing the tree tops. A shadow began to move across the land, clearly visible to Renais's magically enhanced eyes. It was moving quickly and quietly, other than the blood curtailing roar that it had produced. It's black wings came into focus, followed by head, and then the tail. Renais's dragon, Mar, closed in on his position, flapping its wings to slow down to land, Renais's hood flying off from the gales. Renais replaced his hood and walked toward his dragon. Its scales glistened in the moonlight like the stars in the sky. Renais placed a hand on its hide, then pulled himself up upon its back. The dragon snorted, then began to flap its wings, desperate to gain altitude. After a few seconds the dragon lifted from the ground and turned toward the plains of Relta, its black wings shining brilliantly in the night sky...

Zero felt the approach of a large and powerful creature, quickly he ran to renais's location and saw it there besides him and watched renais mount it and fly across the river. "interesting" he thought as hewatched them waiting for them to be a safe distance away before using when of his pets other powers the cerberus's right head could teleport him across when it was safe.
*note each head has a different power and the tail can turn into a snake*

Dismounting at the sight of the temple she left her mount in the shelter of the trees. Leaving all but her staff, she began the walk towards the outer wall. Finding her old tunnel ways she used as a pregraduate to sneak towards the town. She followed the tunnel to the main room of the Temple where they spent many hours in class, being drilled in the rules of the mages, and what's frowned apon.
She continued past the hallways where she grew up, and into the Royal chambers when she heard a loud bang eminating as if someone was throwing vases and other furniture. She ran towards the Sound....

Tari, unequipped to fighting assassins, threw whatever she could lay her hands on, including rather expensive vases. The door opened, and a mysterious girl walked in, weilding a staff much taller then her. A bubble of water floated through the window, and covered the mans head, causing him to drown within minutes. "I didn't need your help..." Tari glared at the intruder.

"That's no longer your consern Princess Tari, For I, Kethsar, Mage of the Forgotten ways, have been chosen as your protector, and to allow you to disappear until your upcoming marrige." Kethsar bowed politely, acknowledging her place. "I'll no longer be able to show respect for you, as I must disguise you as a fellow mage. I understand you have a small apitute for magic?" She asked looking questioningly at her attire.

"A small amount, yes..." Tari began, "mainly with my archery." she turned around to look out the window; stepping out onto the balcony, she grinned to herself, as the window blew and played with her waist length, blue hair. "So..." she began yet again, "do you have any knowledge as to whom, i'm going to marry?"

Zephyre stood nearby, not entering any caves or tunnels, or any buildings for that matter. He looked around at his surroundings, and still hadn't the slightest clue where he was. He just waited, and watched, for anything else. He could hear some chatting about some royalty-- a princess... Yes, that's it. The girl he was following is supposed to protect a princess of some sort. If he remembered right, that is. He sighed, and closed his eyes in order to be more aware of his surroundings. His body turned to stone, in a Gargoyle-like position.

Tari stood and watched her run around frantically, "I need none of that Kethsar..." she stated raising an eyebrow, watching the rather young mage drop everything. Tari was lead down the path that Kethsar took. Oh how many times she has taken this path to escape duties she did not feel like doing. She stopped for a moment, and turned to the gargoyle, 'I do not remember this being here...' she thought to herself raising an eyebrow at it, before running to catch up with her protector.

Kethsar snuck behind the stables, sneaking inside, as alarms blazed. The temple masters knew she had Tari with her, but didn't tell their King, not yet. It would not be safe for either of them, until they had passed over the River again...
In the Stable, the girls quickly saddled Tari's Mare, a chestnut mare, and Tari seemed to be digging in the Hay around the stall, before pulling out a bag, bow and sword. Kethsar looked at her in awe. "You're pretty prepared aren't you?" She said, leading the horse and charge towards her own mount and belongings.
They passed the gargoyle again, and It was then that Kethsar acknoledged it's demonic Aura, Although hidden, it was still distingishable. With a wave of her hand, the gargoyle fell from it's perch, and solidized into flesh and bone landing with a flump. "why are you following us!" she yelled at the creature. It's surpise showed through his face.

Tari grinned, 'I knew that wasn't there before.' she thought to herself not surprised. She only stood behind Kethsar before turning her back to the two, before continuing to lead the horse out of the dark tunnel. Shouts were heard from farther up the tunnel "She's over here!" a man yelled, running down the hallway towards the three. "Kethsar..." Tari stated monotoniously, "they're coming..." she raised an eyebrow at the guards before shooting an arrow at them. The arrow changed into a net, and surrounded the three guards that came looking for her. "Leave him, and lets go already." Tari stated impatiently.

Kethsar glanced back at Tari for a moment, and threw a binding spell over the guards. She glared back at the demon and froze his body. Running off, following Tari into the woods, where her horse sat pawing the grown impatiently. She saddled her quickly, and galloped quickly towards the River, back to where she had been nearly two hours before. Stopping at an Inn for the night, Kethsar took a long deserved rest, and was up before the crack of dawn Training.

Zephyre had fallen from his place, thinking, I should have hid behind something.... angrily. He stood up and was about to answer the mage's question, but then he was frozen still, and they had taken off. His growls of anger were heard for miles. He then closed his eyes, and began chanting an encantation that would help him out of this mess.
Hours past, and he collapsed, losing feeling in his legs. He thrusted his hands down, and shot black flames to the ground, which propelled him upwards. He limped for a few minutes as he began to walk, until he finally could feel his legs, and they could move more easily. He took a deep breath, and cracked his neck, then stretched. He crouched down, and began to sniff. Sniffing for their scent.
Soon enough, he picked up a scent, and began to run away from it. It wasn't the girl or the princess. He ran the complete opposoite direction. For something was running after him now, with intent to kill....
