I'd rather just get one of those ..muscle stimulator things....and stay seated so I can keep browsing around gaia sad

I'm lazy...ah but, poor too..so, running in place and sit ups it is. Oh god I dread the sit ups cry

The best I can add for myself if regularly walking 1.5 miles daily at lunch, and the occasional "I'm-bored-so-why-not-walk-6-to-10-miles" recreational walk.

I started doing those to get away from my roommate...so not nearly as often now. I really should get back to doing at least more 6 mile jaunts on the weekends...before it starts snowing.

One mile jog.
20 minutes of expert DDR.
60 sit-ups.
2x20 push-ups.
Good Mornings: 3x12 70lb bar

This is probably something I should be doing too. I definitely know what Jimmy means about turning into a marshmallow. The scales are saying that I haven't gained weight but I am certain that I look flabbier. Terra needs to tone back up. O_o

I'm not even doing my physio exercises at the moment. I'll try to get back into the habit of doing them daily. Also, I want to try and find some physio exercises to strengthen my shoulders. Some of you may recall that last year my right kneecap very suddenly decided to dislocate due to the fact that I have bad ligaments among other things. The ligaments in my shoulders are also bad and lately I've been paranoid one of them will dislocate... gonk

Anywho, I didn't do any exercising today. Not unless standing at a register for three hours and fifteen minutes total counts. Yesterday I walked home after TAFE from the train station in the heat but I stopped and bought sorbet along the way. I've always said that walking home makes me fat... stare

Maybe I'll get healthier if I play more WiiFit. All of that swaying from side to side trying to get my Mii to hit soccer balls with its head does wonders for my health. whee razz

Yesterday:
One mile
Deadlifts 3x20 70lb bar
60 sit ups
2x30 shoulder press with resistance rope

Day before yesterday:
One mile with 1lb hand weights
20 push ups

Day before that:
Bicep curls 3x12 - each arm with 30lbs

Oh sweet mercy.

30 minutes plus of bag work and punches have left my back extremely sore.

Lol. >.< My arms, only a little bit less than that. =w=

I did that yesterday, I'll update this post if I do anything today.

40+ minutes of DDR. :3
