I'm unsure how to put this, but your names are very strange.
Senpai means older student/mentor.
& Kouhai is kinda a downgrading name. . .
I'm sure a lot of the fluent speakers in this guild many take it the
wrong way, or be unsure what to call you reading this.

Hello, everyone. Just call me Meriru (my username). I am self-studying Japanese and I still need improvement. I am from the Philippines! XD
I'm pretty much an anime fan. But unlike some (or maybe most) anime fans, I prefer the American dub over subtitles. But anyway, once I improve my Japanese, I'll probably be able to watch anime raw and I wouldn't have to worry about those silly dub vs sub debates anymore. razz
Ill probably start learning Korean once I'm done with Japanese, but that's a different topic and a different story. XD
Anyway, nice to meet you all.

I'm Voguee. I'm nearing the end of my first year studying Japanese in college.
Anime has been a big part of my life, I guess. One of my earliest memories as a kid was watching Vampire Hunter D with my big brother.
From there, I found that I liked how the language sounded.
Flows much better than horrible choppy English, at least.
Plus the way some kanji is put together is poetic in its own right.
I really just love how the language feels.

はじめまして！
コウベッコといいます。神戸で英語を教えています。１０年間ぐらい日本語の興味を持っていて、大学で専攻したり自分で勉強したりして、日本語がぺらぺらになるようにがんばっていきます。

Call me augi. Though I don't think I'll mind if you call me by my username. But if I know you well, I expect you to start calling me augi instead*cough with the exception of some people*
I like to draw and I'm going to start college soon as an animation major at SVA. x.x; Sounds like I'm doing it for anime, but uh... no; Nice to meet you all. o.o;; I'm not even sure if I got accepted in thte guild yet but I can still make this post?
