I once dreamed aliens were taking over a completely random school I was in (but apparently, in the dream, it was my school), and to stop them, we had to play a first-person shooter game, and you got more time to play, more lives, etc. depending on how long it took them to squirrel you out of your hiding spot in the school. o.o

It was weird and that's all I remember.

I had one odd dream last night. I can't believe that I am posting it right before I go to bed. I guess that just shows how vivid it was.

My family and a couple friends were on vacation. For some odd reason, we went to a tropical island. The weird part is, that the island formed because a bunch of elephants huddled together and were petrified. When I was walking down the beach in my dream, I remember the odd sight of seeing petrified elephant behinds with trees and greenery grown up around it. The beach was tropical and had sand very different from the kind at Gulf Shores that I am so used to seeing. At some point along my walk, I got to this thing that looked like the roof of a shack and a couple of the walls. The water was murky like in a swamp. I had to swim past it. As I was getting close to a ladder, they called out that a crocodile was coming my way. I made it up the ladder. When I looked down, the water was clear like a pool, but "Secret" was written in the water like the deodorant. When I got up the ladder, there was a big wooden clubhouse type thing. People of all ages were hanging out and there was a room where everyone way laying on the floor in pallets taking naps. I wanted to take a picture to upload, but I didn't have my camera because I was in my bathing suit. And I didn't want to go back to get it because I would have to cross the swamp again. So, I slid down a water slide, back into the "Secret Beach" and back to the island with the petrified elephant butts. I guess I woke up at that point.

I don't think that I have anything in my room containing elephants. I don't know where that part of the dream came from. I still can't believe that I had a deodorant advertisement in my dream though. It's like something you would see on Futurama. xp I had another weird dream last night, but it was too odd to even begin to explain. I know that I was in an old castle and we were trying to beat a bad guy. I think Kermit the Frog was there, but I don't really remember much else.

I don't usually have any control over my dreams. I can understand Kermit's appearance. I'm a huge Muppets fan. heart

Speaking of which, I didn't realize this until 10 minutes ago or so, but I actually had a dream during that nap period.

I was with three other buddies outside of this really large building. The door required a passcode, so three of us took up positions around the building's front entrance while the third started punching in numbers. About five minutes later, he gave up and put on a password scrambler on the door. It yelled out, "SECURITY BREACH," and we heard the screaming of zombies. I crouched down and held my Uzi up, and swarms of raging creatures came out of nowhere. I shot up a good many of them, having to push this sweatshirt-wearing, leaping zombie with big claws off of me.

I backed up after awhile, on my belly, injured. My buddies were all backed up in a corner, so I took a few more shots, and yelled out, "I'm over here all by myself kicking a**. Don't help or nothing!" One of them grabbed me and pulled me to the corner, then helped me up.

We went inside, slamming the doors, and we were in this grand entrance room. It was a big office of some sort, with many directions to go, but what we were looking for was down. So we started moving down some stairs, our guns for some reason determined useless, and we all pulled out blades. We fought all sorts of monsters, making our way to this large door with a vending machine of some sort by it. One of my buddies gave me a VISA card, which apparently worked with an electronic system within the vending machine, and I got to look at a selection of very large weaponry that I didn't have enough money for. One was called an "Awesome Lazur," which ended up looking like the Ray Gun from Call of Duty: World at War. I didn't get any guns, but allegedly saved my game, and went through the door. At this point, we became separated.

Me and my sister N'Lou found ourselves in a huge library full of light and shiny crystals. There was nothing there but books, and books, and books. I wanted to stay and read, and I looked over all the titles. But N'Lou said we couldn't stop, or else we'd be goners, so we left the room and found ourselves over a very large catwalk made of marble. Curiously, we made our way across, only to found ourselves teleported back to the start of the walkway.

It took me several minutes to realize what we could do. So I told her to walk along the edge of the invisible teleport field, and step to the side on the edge of the walkway over a river. This seemed to work, as she was able to push herself into the doorway we wanted to go in. I demonstrated what'd happen if I were just a few steps off, and she got to watch me get thrown back and teleport. I went back in, and there was some sort of tabletop game being played by a cowering mother and son, and my old fencing instructor Jim Liebech.

I talked to Jim for awhile, and he was friendly as ever. He shoo'd me away, though, and we went through this big tunnel. As we entered the door, one of our buddies was getting beat up badly by something. I gripped my longsword in two hands and swung at the creature, managed to hit it, and got attacked myself. We fought this beast for a few more seconds before it charged off, muttering something about how we were such indecent creatures for breaking into its home. We asked my friend where the other was, and he said he wasn't sure. Then Nick called us down for dinner and I found myself in my bed wondering when I dragged myself there.

Pretty good for a two hour nap. xD

Not really - basically the same thing that happens to me.

I don't. The moment I realize I'm dreaming, I wake up.
